I am a landlord owning multiple properties, I have been using this business for many years always every time a tenant moves out. Just had Cleaning Service Truck out to clean my sectional couch and Mina was absolutely wonderful. to start, I asked that the company let me know when they would be en route to make sure we were home and available, and as promised, our technician Mina texted when he was en route and gave an exact time he'd arrive. They made my shag carpet look brand new! I have a german shephard dog who vomited and pooped on it, not to mention all of the hair and other stuff that got in it after a year. Prior to the cleaning service truck, I vacuumed the rug, hung it up outside and hit it to knock stuff out of it. CST provided excellent service. My carpets were very dirty due to heavy traffic and numerous spills. I tried Stanley Steemer, but they were unable to change the appearance of the carpets.
