Newly added daiquiri's now on menu! Got a 16oz octane aka island sunset, strongest option on menu and added two shots. I usually dont opt for frozen drinks but it's Sunday and it's hot outside....pleasantly surprised, very tasty. They have a half gallon option for $19 which is the best value, and comes in a freezer safe package. They have a lot of sweeter options too and plenty of family friendly treats. Nice customer service. In and out sort of place, but that's all that it needs to be. One recommendation- I would like to see a few sugar free options for shaved ice flavors. read more

I want to like this place...I really want to like this place...but maybe my New Orleans blood is being too hard on this establishment. I normally steer clear from any establishment that sales "shaved ice," but the people in the new neighborhood I moved into kept raving about this place. If it doesn't state "snoballs," on the sign, generally the stuff is not worth trying. Normally the ice is hard, flavors lack potency or just is a bad product overall. This place just didn't sit right with me once I entered the building. First of all, this place is not designed to service many people at once. Their is a small hallway design for you to order, pay and recieve goods. I can not complain about variety because I saw Blue Bell ice cream, nachos and shaved ice machines in a quick perusal. The pricing point is a little high but is bearable. I will only speak on the shaved ice. Surprisingly, the ice is real soft. The maker of the frozen treat is a novice syrup pourer...there was plenty white( ice that lacked syrup) when the cup was given to me. I think my facial expressions told him that I was not feeling his pouring and immediately asked if I wanted more juice. With my affirmative response, it was onto the tasting phase. I Am Not Feeling Them As aforementioned, the ice is soft, but the syrup lacks balance. It was overly sweet and I was left with more of a sense of sweetness more than a taste of different flavors. I ordered grape and tigers blood, and ordered 2 "Ninja Turtles" for 2 little tykes with me. None of us finished the snoball...sorry, shaved ice. Maybe in a desperate time of need, I will go back and give them a try. Ice cream, shakes and nachos could draw me in. I am a fan of their punch card system to get a free shaved ice, but I'm not certain it will ever happen for me. read more

LISTEN! I know good shaved ice when I see it. I don't even have to wrap my lips around it to know when it's bomb. I know deep flavored syrup when I see it drenched on top. When I tell you Sweet Beez is the bomb...you better believe me. I like everything about this place! It's not a "stand", so I can actually order inside an air conditioned facility. (Nothing against stands - but this is convenience for hot or rainy days). They have a wide menu, so not just a long like of shaved ice flavors, but they have ice cream, shakes, etc. And the prices are super reasonable. I large snow cone with 2 flavors for $4 is darn good! My family and I had heard through a FB group about Sweet Bee'z, so we thought that a Sunday afternoon would be a great time to make the 18-minute drive from Humble to check it out. I am so very glad that we did because these sno-cones were the absolute BEST we've ever had in my 12 years of living in Houston. My sister went in to make the order since my two toddlers were napping in the backseat. She said that there was a young teen working the register with a really sweet spirit and what looked to be perhaps her dad making the orders, and they all were really pleasant. We ordered four different flavors of sno-cones: Piña Colada (for my husband back at home), Mardi Gras King Cake (for me), Texans (my sis), and a small Rainbow for my 3-year old son. Let me tell you I tasted some of all of them and they were DELICIOUS! The flavors were bold and the sizes for the price were awesome. We will ABSOLUTELY be making that 18-minute drive again and again to support this wonderful spot! read more

They're about 3/4 the size of a man's hand, the dough is chewy, the chocolate chucks are about the size of sugar cubes and you'll have to physically fight yourself from getting another. I discovered these megacookies today while picking up a small Sour Apple and Dreamsicle for my goddaughter and me, so Sweet Bee'z now officially sells everything; they had what looked like brownies in the case directly underneath. I love "a certain similarly named chain of snowball stands here in the Spring area," but as soon as Sweet Bee'z removes the $5 minimum for debit, it's game over. I absolutely LOVE this place. I also love supporting local businesses. This place is less than 5 minutes from my house so I stop by here and there. I will continue to do so as well however the customer service is not the best. You never really get greeted upon arrival which is a little disappointing, makes one feel awkward standing there in silence. And lastly, the service is quite slow. I've waited about 15 minutes for one small snow cone before and there was only one other customer there. Definitely not a place to stop by if you're in a rush. Decided to try this place since our usual place is still closed for the winter. The shaved ice was more like a slushy. I ordered nachos and assumed it came with jalapeños like it does everywhere. When worker gave me the nachos I asked if I could get some jalapeños and she informs me they cost extra. There was a long line of people waiting to order and I was not going to wait or cut in front of them to pay for jalapeños. Never again will I come to this place customer service is the worst. I don't mind waiting for my order but to be told 25 mins and to actually wait an hour is a little off, and only to get ice chips. Not the super soft powder like snow ice. Literally ice chip sharp hard ice chips. It was literally flavored ice chips like a soda or juice with extra ice. I tried to eat it and I told my self Carla just eat it but then I was like no I'm not paying $19 for chips of ice. So I called them to let them know and she told me I can bring them back and wait in line for another hour cause there are customers a head of me. Then I asked if I could come back another day she said she had to ask her parents first and she would call me back later. Happily walked in and left angry. The worst customer service i've ever experienced. I literally waited at the front of the line for at least 15 mins before I was acknowledged. The cashier even approached me with an attitude. They were rude and even discussing eating the food they were making in front of customer. Place seems really nice and well put together but the service wasn't that great. Walked in with my family and didnt even receive a greeting by the employee. I tried to say "hello" and all we got was a blank "hi" in return. We tried to continue in and look at what we wanted and didnt receive any guidance or help we had to pretty much help ourselves due to the fact that the lady had her airpods in and was on a call the whole time. If you're in a great mood and want to continue to have a good day I would not recommend going in this place unless you want to get super bummed out. Lol I didnt get a chance to catch the ladies name that was working because we were just trying to hurry and leave but she was a taller African American lady. Whoever owns and manages this place please find some more enthusiastic employees please.
