I really had high hopes for this little stand as it managed to secure a prime spot in front of an H‑E‑B. As you can see from the pictures, I ordered a passion fruit peach shaved ice, I instead got a shaved ice that not only looked orange but tasted purely orange as well. They don't print receipts, only stick a confirmation of what was made to the side of the cup. They had lihing flavor, flavor I miss from home, also have the option to have lihing sprinkled on top.

The service is very kind, and is hiring also. But they were sweet and fast. The food was amazing, the flavors were very good and the ice is good. Right outside HEB by grocery carts. So hot here and not enough shade to hide you from the heat while you wait. I think they should park in the back of parking lot so people can wait in their car and not have to wait near store. I like that they have the stuffed snoball option. This is where they put ice cream in the center of the ice. Ice keeps ice cream cold and as they both melt it is so yummy like a shake. My fav combo is root beer with vanilla ice cream. Daughters is rainbow. Red yellow and blue. Blue and yellow are side by side so you get 4th color green. So not whole rainbow but still alot of colors. I feel they are a lil stingy with the syrup but all and all they are a good treat for reasonable price. Another tip for the business would be to do cups instead of bowls so people can drink out of them easier and put them in their cup holders. read more

I absolutely love the shaved ice and so does my family. The flavors are strong and delicious. My favorite flavor is the green apple. My only problem is that they are so big, that it takes me forever just to finish the small one. But overall it is delicious and I will always love it. read more

Adorable little shaved ice hut parked near the HEB entrance. The lady that took my order was kind and she was patient with me as I made my choices(I get overwhelmed by lots of options) I didn't catch her name, but she made suggestions a few of the more popular flavors and that helped me in making my decision. I chose to order the Alotta Colada (I don't remember the combination of flavors it was, but it was tasty and not too sweet) and it was massive to be a ShortBoard (size small). At a fair price of under $5, I will try this place again. After all, there are so many different flavor combinations you can try. There are also preset flavor combinations to make choosing much easier. Great on any of Houston's scorching days. read more

Huge portions for the price. Shaved ice is nice and crunchy and flavors are super yummy!

I stood in the hot sun for 30 min waiting on my order. When I placed my order there were two other customers waiting and 1 of the 2 was currently being served. Another customer came and they took her order and began making her order as I continued to wait. The young lady told the boy working "why is she still waiting, she's been here for a long time and she was first. Why are you serving other customers?" He blew her off and continued serving others. He was already working at a snails pace but he couldn't care any less about me. I felt completely disrespected as I'm literally standing next to the open door and he could clearly see I can hear the whole conversation and he still continued to make me wait. The customer service skills are completely lacking at this place. I don't care how good the son come is I won't be ordering ever again since I'm not valued as a customer read more
