The wife made a decision for me and had each half prepared differently. I was soooo grateful and tipped accordingly because that was a lot of work. My husband and I planned to share the lobster and he doesn't like tomatoes so they left the fresh tomatoes out of the creole side and added okra (I love okra but my husband hates them). My husband tried it nonetheless and loved it. The lobster was delicious! Curried Whole snapper - AMAZING! The food and all the sides were served piping hot and my husband REALLY appreciated that. He also appreciated the size of the snapper (maybe about 2.5lbs). He ordered whole snapper at every restaurant we visited and this location had the largest whole fish. The rice and peas were so good that he kept scooping them onto his plate--and he's definitely not a rice-and-peas kind of guy! He's usually a mashed potato guy...as you can tell from his own plate!
