He was amazing from start to finish. He worked with us, was super flexible, always polite, and a friendly, warm person. Speaking with him a bit you can tell he knows, loves, and appreciates good quality food. His creativity was fantastic, and his staff were great. They prepped, served, and cleaned, and we could literally not have asked for more. BUT, what about the food? Forget about it. Any doubts you may have, you can rest easy. The food was fantastic. All of our guests raved about how good the food was, their only complaint was they were too full to keep eating, but they wanted to keep eating. Will absolutely be hiring Clinton again.

On the day of delivery, I received a text stating my order could not be delivered because the driver had dropped the package, causing the bottles to break. While unfortunate, I understood that accidents happen. I even offered flexibility and agreed to have the order delivered the following day, letting them know I would be home until 4:00 p.m. The next day, I received no delivery updates. Around 2:00 p.m., I called and left a voicemail to remind them of my availability, but no one responded. At 3:51 p.m., the driver finally arrived with my order. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I discovered several juices were missing. I immediately contacted the driver, who explained he was only responsible for delivery and that I would need to contact the company. Since then, I have left multiple voicemails, submitted a contact request through their website, and even reached out on Instagram. They replied on Instagram saying they would contact dispatch and get back to me--but they never did. Accidents happen, but poor communication and the complete lack of follow-up are unacceptable. Customers deserve timely responses and a company that stands behind its products and service. I cannot recommend Friends of the Chef Juice based on this experience.

He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! Really, what a great experience. My husband had a really great time. Thank you Mark and company!
