Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? My wife recently hired Clinton as she was throwing me a birthday party, and we wanted to have our friends and family over. He was amazing from start to finish. He worked with us, was super flexible, always polite, and a friendly, warm person. Speaking with him a bit you can tell he knows, loves, and appreciates good quality food. His creativity was fantastic, and his staff were great. They prepped, served, and cleaned, and we could literally not have asked for more. BUT, what about the food? Forget about it. Any doubts you may have, you can rest easy. The food was fantastic. All of our guests raved about how good the food was, their only complaint was they were too full to keep eating, but they wanted to keep eating. Will absolutely be hiring Clinton again. read more

Clinton and his team are beyond talented. I hired Clinton for my dinner party, and I couldn't be happier with the quality, taste, presentation and overall professionalism he demonstrated. He gave me a plenty of options to choose from to create a menu. The food was incredible!!! I didn't want a good meal, I wanted an amazing meal, and Clinton made it happen. So I read the reviews right here on Yelp and I went for it and it was everything everyone had said it would be . Chef Clinton and Chef Alex helped me throw a 90th birthday dinner for my mom. I wanted a restaurant without the noise and the other patrons and I got more than that, I got a culinary experience with my loved ones from some folks who took SUCH good care of us. Chef Clinton became a fast friend as he learned about my mom, my family and what we liked, and crafted seasonal menu items for us to choose from. Perfect communication all the way from first contact to follow up! And on the day--the food was exceptional. My mom had the most special day and my family was raving about every single dish we ate, the plating was gorgeous and the service was personal and lovely. And i got to sit with my guests the ENTIRE TIME which was amazing. Everyone was absolutely stuffed but nobody wanted to stop. The chefs also politely tolerated my impolite dog. Finally, when I went back in the kitchen after, it was like it never happened. THANK YOU CHEFS AND WENDY! I wanted a way to celebrate my wife's birthday as well as my parents wedding anniversary. My wife and I have a young infant son so it was paramount we stay close to home. Clinton brought all of his materials to our home and provided a menu that was better than any fine dining experience in any local restaurant I've experienced. True story: I ate my entree, half of my dads and then ate the leftovers the next day. Don't hesitate to book this culinary professional, you will not be disappointed. We have had two birthday dinners a la Clinton in the past few months and already have him scheduled for at least two more special occasion dinners. I booked Clinton for my husbands 40th birthday and I'm so happy I did! They are a dream team & beyond incredible! We did a 3 course meal for a party of 25 and I felt like I was dining at a high end restaurant. The plating of each dish was clean & beautiful- true artwork! The food was all fresh ingredients and well seasoned. They handled a party of 25 effortlessly and in all good timing. They even cleaned up afterwards, which is a huge plus! You don't have to worry about doing anything at the party, because they truly take care of you. Their services/food is truly worth every penny. Clinton, Sammy and Alex - you guys were great! We just threw my husband a small dinner party for his 40th birthday and with the help of Chef Clinton it was a night to remember. From the very start, Clinton was super communicative and really thoughtful. The menu was fabulous and every course was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We opted to do a wine pairing as well and each wine was incredible. Not only that but Chef was great company, even letting our kids hang out in the kitchen to watch the magic happen! Clinton organized an incredible dinner for my father's birthday. We worked together to plan the menu and he was able to take concepts (like tuna tartare) and add components which made the dishes incredible and unique.
