I understand things happen but at least have a team meeting or something and get your crap figured out. Extremely disappointed. Not a fun experience. Not a place I'd go back to unless they are able to make things right. I have a daughter in TEARS because of my experience and I have been up all night thinking about what to do. They feature a candy of the month and even offer samples. While we were there, we tried a truffle with raspberry in the center and it was really good. One of my favorite finds was tucked in the back corner...kind of a hidden gem. They have marked down candy that does not quite meet their quality standards. It might look a little different or vary in size, but it still tastes the same. Totally worth checking out. We picked out a variety to bring to bingo including butter toffee, sea sale caramel, peanut butter cups, and a pecan cluster. Everything was delicious. The store itself was very clean, including the bathrooms, and it smelled amazing from the second we walked in. My only callout is that the employees were not especially friendly. We did visit about 45 minutes before closing, so maybe that played a role, but it was not the warm welcome I had expected. So much so that I felt weird taking photos (which is reflected here). All in all, still a really fun stop and absolutely worth the trip.
