Not sure how my son didn't know or maybe he was just too tough but the pedicurist found he had a lot of still remaining ingrown nail. She did such an awesome job that my son said he felt no pain at all and was shocked to see how bad it was. He said at the doctor's office, it did hurt him but here nothing at all. So thankful to the lovely ladies, Giau and Min who did the pedicure for both my boys. This was their 1st time as they never would agree to me when I asked before. Am glad that this happened before I left him at the dorm and went back home to CA. Or one morning I would have got the dreaded call that he was in pain due to ingrown nail and being so far not sure what I would have done. I called to get the names correct and was told the lady who removed the ingrown nail was Lina. The receipt says Giao and Min. Hope she sees the message that how thankful my son and we are to have her do the pedicure. I'm actually planning to go get a pedicure myself on my next trip.

It appeared that multiple people had the same appointment slot as me with the same nail tech. Their online booking system is inefficient. The technicians were also rushed and busy which created an awkward atmosphere. When it comes to nail design, it appears to look nice, but they failed to drill the extra gel under my nails which caused them to be clunky. It always felt rushed and I did not feel relaxed during my appointments. On my second visit, they did not give care to my nails and overdrilled it to a painful point. Safe to say I will not be back again.

Instead of offering a partial service, I was charged 100% of the service cost and asked to reschedule for a later date. Additionally, during a previous visit, I was billed full price for enhancement services that should have been discounted under my membership, and I was never reimbursed for those overcharges. Better communication, professionalism, and a more balanced approach to handling late appointments and billing issues would have made this a much better customer experience.
