I went for tint and just that, I did inquire about laminating but she wanted to assess my eyebrows. She saw that someone previously took too much off one side and it was completely different. She actually explained and got them back. She showed me how it look and said it's clean you can actually get lamination if you'd like and tint. She checked on me and let me know and I see so many coming in looking for her. But she handled workload very well. Love how she fixed them. It appeared that multiple people had the same appointment slot as me with the same nail tech. Their online booking system is inefficient. The technicians were also rushed and busy which created an awkward atmosphere. When it comes to nail design, it appears to look nice, but they failed to drill the extra gel under my nails which caused them to be clunky. It always felt rushed and I did not feel relaxed during my appointments. On my second visit, they did not give care to my nails and overdrilled it to a painful point. Safe to say I will not be back again.
