Their conversation was more important than helping their customers. Eventually they engaged, but they never stopped talking. Talking and being loud and commenting on how nasty the items are in the case. If the items are nasty in the case, you should not be selling them to customers! And they are turning customers away suggesting other places in the airport. This place needs a manager to train their employees. Personal conversations are fine, but when a customer comes up, the personal conversations needs to stop while the customer is waiting in the area. And when there are no customers there are potential customers waiting on their plane, cussing is inappropriate at all times. Complaining and constant cussing coming from this business, stay away!
