First impression, walked into restaurant, cashier was on the phone, yelled aggressively 'DO YOU NEED MORE TIME???!' We just said 'Yes.' My daughter ordered a small raspberry mango freeze with boba. 'You can only get medium!' I'm like it doesn't say that, but just said okay. She wasn't friendly at all. Later in the day, after my other two children got out of the movies, they wanted boba. Not sure why the rude lady lied to us about only being able to get a a freeze in medium, but it's not consistent or businesslike/professional. She needs to go back to training pronto. The designs and decor were very cute, and the theme was really nice and well made for the boba heaven concept. Boba heaven blew us away! We used to go all the way to china town for authentic boba but one day a Google maps auto correct to us here instead of a nearby one. Boy are we glad we tried it. They have excellent non dairy options which really eliminate the filmy gooey aftertaste you sometimes get with a boba drink. The brown sugar and anything with coconut mango jelly is great. I saw Boba Heaven's ad on Yelp over the weekend, I immediately bookmarked it because I love boba, and I get excited when I see new options in the area. I finally got around to trying Boba Heaven for the first time, I was so excited to see that they're on Grubhub and DoorDash (this is extremely dangerous as I'll probably find myself ordering here very often due to the convenience of not having to leave my home). I scheduled a delivery for 12:30, they opened up at 12, and they followed all of my instructions. I ordered a large original milk tea with tapioca and their 10 pieces of mini pancakes -- they remind me of the egg waffles. I asked for no sugar and no ice in my milk tea, and even though the instructions were followed, you can still taste the sweetness from the tea which I don't mind because the after taste is bitter like authentic tea leaves (I'm probably the only one out there that likes that, and you only get that with no sugar). My only complaint is that my drink wasn't filled up to brim of the cup. The mini pancakes are so deliciously cute, it's perfect for dessert (it's nutella flavored on soft fluffy fresh mini pancakes) and they're still warm when it arrived. I'd recommend Boba Heaven to anyone in the area looking for drinks (bubble tea, coffee, lattes, smoothies, etc) and small bites to eat. Update: I ordered from DoorDash again this evening. This time, tried their brown sugar milk tea with tapioca, and I also ordered a waffle that tastes like Ferrero Rocher. I asked for no ice in my milk tea, and I'm assuming the drink has to have ice since they eased up on it. The cup wasn't filled to brim again. After trying 4 different items on their menu so far, I'd rather have the mini pancakes over the waffles because it's delicious enough where I won't be tired of it.
