I could leave a short essay here about how much I loved the Henna done for me and my girls for my wedding but I'll opt to post up the pictures for you to see yourself. What you CAN'T see in the pictures, however, is how fun Viviane is and what positive energy she brings. We had a lot of Henna to be done so she was with us for a while - it was great to have someone who just felt like another bridesmaid.

Don't let the 1 and 2-star reviews fool you. Look closer and you'll notice a pattern: nearly every…read morenegative review comes from walk-in clients, and that context matters. Walk-ins are the hardest customers for any tattoo shop to serve well. An artist can't just pick up a machine and go. They need to conceptualize a design, sketch it out, make revisions, and cut a stencil, all while managing their existing appointments. Complaining that you didn't get a callback within 4 hours on a walk-in basis isn't a reflection of the shop's quality. It's a reflection of unrealistic expectations. As for the pricing complaints: quality tattooing costs what it costs. If the price is the issue, that's a mismatch, not a flaw. I've worked with owner Jimmy for over 20 years across multiple shops. I've personally referred dozens of people to him, including my own son. Not one complaint. If you're considering this shop, here's how to set yourself up for a great experience: - Come with a plan. Book an appointment, not a walk-in. - Bring references. The more detail you give your artist, the better the result. - Don't rush. This is permanent. - Find an artist whose style fits yours. A tattoo is a commitment. Treat it like one. This shop delivers. Come prepared and you'll see it for yourself.

I am beyond furious with the way Pierced Hearts handled my sister's navel piercing. From the start,…read morethis experience has been a disaster due to sheer negligence and a complete lack of accountability. My sister clearly explained to the piercer, Jaime, that she has a very flat belly button and specifically asked if the standard navel jewelry would be appropriate. He confidently said yes -- and we trusted his professional judgment. That trust was completely misplaced. As time passed, the jewelry began to embed itself into her skin, which should never have happened with the right jewelry in the first place. We returned to the shop, and Adam helped change it to a floating navel piercing -- the type she should have received from day one. He apologized and even took a photo of the damage because it was obvious something had gone terribly wrong. But the damage had already been done. Within a week, she developed a severe infection -- one that urgent care later confirmed was likely due to the original jewelry creating a gaping wound that never healed properly. Despite following aftercare instructions to the letter, she ended up on two antibiotics and hydrocodone just to manage the pain. Yet when we returned to the shop a third time to request a refund and share what she was going through, the staff were incredibly dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. They immediately shifted blame, accusing her of neglecting aftercare, even though we were meticulous. No effort was made to offer a solution, express genuine concern, or show even the slightest empathy. Just said "well, do you want to get it pierced again?!" ... no! Her belly button area now is completely bruised and mangled because of this place. We will never be coming back here again. To make matters worse, the owner was outright disrespectful and condescending over the phone. When we told him that medical professionals advised removing the piercing and draining the infection, her arrogant response was, "Why would they do that?!" as if she knew better than actual doctors. That tone alone spoke volumes about how little they care once they have your money. We asked for a refund because of all the trouble we've been through after the negligence of the first piercer, now having to pay for urgent care visits and medication. I chose this shop based on their glowing reviews, but let me be clear: if you're considering any body piercing here, don't. They might be decent with ear piercings or tattoos -- but when it comes to body piercings, especially anything more complex, they are careless, unprofessional, and utterly unwilling to take accountability when something goes wrong. My sister went in for a simple piercing and walked away in physical pain and emotional distress, and not once did they offer real help, only excuses. This shop failed her. Completely.

There is a cute pup on staff named Kimchee (seriously). They had music, and it was a chill place to hang out on a couch and people watch. It is a crowded neighborhood, very walkable. (We got Thai before the tattoo) It was expensive, but it was a coverup and by the owner, so expected.

Do not request from MICHAEL BRADSHAW…read more From the start, things felt off--he couldn't even "reply all" to me and my sister's email, so I kept having to loop her in. We were getting matching tattoos of a trail map from Olympic National Forest. My complaints; 1. Part of the stencil was missing from my arm at the beginning. I said something and he said it would be fine, and he incorrectly guessed the lines. 2. Lines didn't connect properly to the border. 3. Major blowouts-at first I thought it was normal healing, but after research, it's clearly poor technique. 4. Took 5 days and 3 follow-ups to get aftercare instructions. He claimed it went to spam, but we were using the same email chain the whole time. 5. He's only been in Seattle for 2 months--maybe not fully settled? The shop itself is clean and the staff are nice, but if a design is too complex, just say so-don't wing it on someone's body. Update: the artist gave my sister and I a full refund after the owner saw my review.

Side Quest Tattoo - The top of the tattoo, which had not been drawn on at all previously. Extremely close to my other piece and not done well.

I appreciate the timely response and abilities to take walk in! I got a response from Ingrid literally a few minutes after sending an inquiry on their site at 1 AM ( not drunk, just a night owl ). So happy that Ingrid was able to book my brother and I in on a Saturday slot. I gave her an inspo pic which my brother and I wanted to match for Spongebob & Patrick and she did so much better than I could have imagined! She had such a cute and colorful style. As a first time tattoo, Ingrid was calm, walked me through the process and checked on me just enough during the inking. She also posts the aftercare on her insta which is great for one to look back on. I highly recommend her designs I love our tattoos and the healing process has been so seamless. Great color choice by Ingrid and a wonderful experience for my first tattoo!!!

Bunky Osyter is no artist, she is a scammer…read more Long story short, I created this small geometric design myself and booked an appt with Bunky Oyster and submitted my $100 deposits on 8/16/2022. Next week, she told me this one hour long tattoo session will cost me $500, cuz she charged by pieces. *** Unless her hourly rate is $500/hr, I don't see how it is possible for such small piece of tattoo will cost $500 before tip. Especially my design doesn't even require any of her drawing and creativity. Same date , I told her I am no longer pursuing a tattoo appt with her and I would like to cancel the appt for 9/8/2022 (the appt was cancelled 2 weeks prior to the actual date), then she refused to refund my deposit. Your website says 48 hours prior to appt notice for rescheduling/ cancellation or deposit is subject to be forfeited. I cancelled my appt more than 2 week, which was because Bunky Oyster was trying to up charge me by 4 times of the market price, and she refused to refund my deposit. Today I completed the exact same design for $180 w tips, and the session was completed within an hour. Bunky oyster is no artist, she is a scammer, shame on you for hiring such employee with low work ethic and so much greed. Please be careful, don't make the mistake I made with her
