I know this review might be a little premature but I was extremely impressed after speaking with her regarding my brow concerns that I felt inclined to reward such an impression. :) I'm a very low-key gal, so the thought of getting any work done on my face was overwhelming. I was apprehensive and hesitant, but Jacqueline's professional yet casual demeanor felt trustworthy. What I appreciated the most was her professionalism coupled with her obvious passion to help you figure out exactly what you want. She doesn't push you with her personal opinions -- she gives you OPTIONS based on her professional experience. I think that's what I value the most about her. I don't think that I can find the words to describe how grateful I am for Jacqueline. You see, I haven't had much in the way of brows for over 20 years. This was my 2nd experience with microblading so I have something to compare it to! Jacqueline was a breathe of fresh air, an amazing artist, and a true professional. Once again, I'm back to brag about this lady! After seeing her for a few years to have my brows done, I had the opportunity to train with her. I'm an esthetician, and I've taken many classes this past year, and I have to say, hands down, hers was the best thought out/planned/executed. I picked her class over several others because of the way she does brows. They're naturally shaped, and suited to her clients faces. She doesn't do cookie cutter brows that will look blurry and terrible a couple of years from now. Let me start by saying Jacqye Perry is amazing at micro blading. I was very nervous at the idea of permanent make up at all. I have always had good brows, but I am very low maintenance and do not like to spend time shaping and filling. I researched many artist in the Seattle area and decided to go with Permanent Appeal based on her experience, professionalism and innate style (let's face it, If you don't know what looks good, you cant make me look good, right?) 1. Her shop is clean and BEAUTIFUL. right away I felt at ease because of her attention to detail, cleanliness and pure professionalism. she offered me a beverage. She offered me ear phones in case I wanted to zone out or she was willing to talk. She had information on the procedure was great at setting my expectations on not only how it would look, but how I would feel physically and emotionally through out every stage of the process. 2. The procedure: She will numb you brows, so it will not hurt for most. it is a little uncomfortable, which she had explained. Her technique is natural and conservative. The brows literally look like hair. Example: After getting this done a lady in my office said to me "don't ever get tattooed brows, it always looks fake and I can tell" she didn't even realize I just got them done!! She will listen to you and you personal style preference and needs. She is a complete perfectionist and makes sure they are right. 3. Once the brows are complete. she will again remind you that a touch up is 100% necessary and not to skip it. You will say "yeah yeah yeah, but think, I don't need it. they look great." day two you will think "OMG they look sooooo dark (which she warned me will happen and not to worry)" and with every intention to come back in 4-6 wks, you will think maybe you don't need to. luckily, Jacqye called me to check up multiple times and did not let the second appointment fall away. Listen to me hear - this is the MOST important thing I have said. Trust me, you will not think you need another appointment (may even be a little nervous to do it) Her follow through is amazing and her true concern that you are pleased is AWESOME.
