When I needed to plan for my daughter's birthday, it was a no-brainer. Kaylyn was super communicative and helpful; I sent photos of my daughter's party invitation and she did the rest in terms of design. It was simply spectacular! Gorgeous beyond what I could even imagine. She was also helpful in discussing amounts (size of cake, amount of cupcakes, servings and leftovers) to make sure we had plenty without overdoing it. She never tried to get me to order more or spend more, which I respected. The morning of pickup, Kaylyn sent me abundant photos and videos of the cake and cupcakes and I was blown away! She was flexible with pickup at her house, provided cake cutting instructions and storage tips, and made the whole process easy.
