You heard me, it has actual coconut flakes instead of just having coconut flavor. That's a sign of some true homemade ice cream. My husband had the salted caramel and was enjoying it so much that I had to take a bite. It was divine as well...not your average bland caramel at all. It was super rich and tasty. They also made me a homemade egg, cheese, and sausage croissant for me. Both were quite delicious. As a nice bonus, they offer a customer loyalty program.
