To make matters worse, when I politely addressed my concerns with the manager, she responded with visible disdain, rolled her eyes, and dismissively stated, "I don't care," followed by a sarcastic, "Anything else?" The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer experience was staggering. I would never return and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
