This is my lash place. After trying a few different artists, Liz is my gal. She did my birthday lashes last year, and I've been going to her since. The facility is clean, scheduling is great. Yes, they are booked weeks in advance but the team is willing to work with you and your schedule. Liz has accommodated me early too, which I appreciate. Music is always good here. Location is super convenient - just a block up from IKEA. Ample parking. Prices are higher than what you may find for some other artists, but for quality, retention, service - I am happy to pay $150+ for a hybrid set and refills. I've gotten lashes done for cheaper but the artist ends up using too much glue, scheduling is a headache, lash quality a bit plasticky and heavy. The ladies there are wonderful; Suz-e, Liz, & Jade Ann are so welcoming & definitely make sure you're taken care of. I've enjoyed getting to know them & the beautiful efforts of their work. I did lash extensions for quite some time & they took time to get to know my retention rate and were collaborative as well as knowledgeable to help me get the results I was hoping for. I'm getting older and as I get older I have noticed my eyebrows are disappearing. I swear I don't recall anyone telling me about thinning eyebrows! Anyhow I'm not makeup savvy so I didn't even try anything with an eyebrow pencil instead exploring more semipermanent options. I booked an appointment with Kathy at Arxegoz Beauty to discuss microblading. I had read about microblading and wanted to give it a try. Kathy was fantastic as she set my expectations from the very beginning. She explained that my skin type may not hold the ink very well, especially if I was a bleeder but also explained that there was alternatives such as powder brows if microblading didn't take. I appreciated being walked through the healing process and all my expectations set. I am glad nothing was sugar coated - they wanted to help me achieve a look but they weren't selling beauty in a bottle, everything was up front and explained. The day of my appt after my mapping session Kathy went over everything in great detail. I'll be honest, I was impressed how easy it was. I was expecting discomfort. I had read where people had talked about irritation and feeling bothered by the scratching sounds. I could have been lucky to have avoided that. Or it could have been because I followed all the pre-care instructions to a T including taking Tylenol right before the appointment. The process was great. I love how my eyebrows turned out! I was super impressed and very pleased that it looks so good! As I am only on day two of the healing process I know they aren't in their final look end I have a follow up session booked. The follow up session is part of the process but not included in the base price so always remember to ask how much that is. I drove all the way up to Seattle (Renton) from Portland to get my eyebrows micro-bladed (first time ever), my eyelashes tinted, and to get a lash lift (different than a lash perm). The entire process was incredible. Susan Vo was the one who did my microblade and she was warm, calming, and so knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process to ensure I was comfortable with every step of the way. I never felt scared. Ths service was FIRST CLASS and went above and beyond all my expectations. She took her time and was meticulous with her work, which I was so grateful for. I mean c'mon, your eyebrows are such an important part of your face and who the heck would want to go to someone who rushed through such a crucial thing??? The talented lash artist who did my lash lift and lash tint was amazing. I didn't know what to expect since I had also never had that done, but the entire experience was incredible. The time and care that went into my eyelashes was so luxurious, fun, and again, knowledgeable. I was told what was being done the whole step of the way. At the end of the treatment, I looked in the mirror and was so pleased. My lashes looked amazing. It was like magic. I can't wait for my microblade touch-up, and I am def. hooked on eyelash lifts and tints. I do this now instead of lash extensions, although if I go back to eyelash extensions, I'll go back to Arxegoz because they don't use harsh chemicals that will wreck my eyeballs and lashes. Eyebrows are the business card of your face (along with your teeth) and it's so important to make sure you take the time and care to look fierce. Having micro-bladed eyebrows has given me a new found confidence which I've needed. It was my first time ever getting dermaplane. I've always heard and read about it but never actually booked an appointment to get it done. Suzy was very informative with the whole process. Went to Arxegoz for henna brows on 7/21. One of the photos that I attached is taken on 7/27. You could see that most of the henna already faded or washed out. I think henna brows service is great for when you plan to go on vacation and doesn't want to spend too much time on your brows (if you're not good at brows makeup like me). The staff there are very nice. I made my appointment through Kathy and had to change my appointment several times and they are very flexible on changing the dates for me. When I first saw photos of Arxegoz Beauty's lash enhancement service I was really intrigued. I'm not very good at doing my own makeup and that goes double for any kind of eyeliner. I never spend more than a few minutes on my makeup so a permanent solution really appealed to me. I had a very thorough consultation and the service took several hours. I am updating now that I've tried reaching out to Arxegox a few times after my last experience. Unfortunately, my last visit did not go as well as previous! Before, my lashes looked full and beautiful and lasted as long as they should. This last time, my lashes hardly made it a week. They looked full initially but by two weeks I had maybe 4 lashes left. I tried calling them a week into my lashes falling out and told them I really needed an early fill. They did not respond and the phone in the shop went unanswered so I found another lash artist who could help. I sent Arxegox photos of my lashes and asked for help via their Facebook page since I couldn't get ahold of them by phone. They responded that someone would reach out but they never did! Last I got my full set of lashes done by them they told me they switched to a new lighter lash, not sure if this affected the retention or what happened. Unfortunately, not even two weeks into my new full set I had to pay for another new full set elsewhere because they didn't last. It always sucks when your money doesn't hold up since lashes are not a cheap service. I paid $250 for my full set that did not even last a week, just to pay another $250 for another full set within two weeks of getting those. I liked Arxegox a lot (clearly by my last review) and I'm sad they didn't take the time to make things right with me and would rather lose a client Update: I'd like to update that after posting my review, Suzy reached out to me. I do appreciate the phone call but we did not reach a worthy conclusion, unfortunately. I was offered half off another full set with them within the next 30 days. I don't know who in their right mind would want a third full set in a month... That is a lot of time wasted on lashes! Plus, another over $100+ dollars still to spend again even at half off, after already having to spend $500 on lashes this month because of a shoddy job, it didn't seem like a very fair conclusion. I would have been happier if she offered half off of the bad set I already paid for and clearly was not worth that price. Again, I appreciate that they reached out. I may try them out in the future. Update responding to Suz E: I just want to apologize first off because your response made me realize I've made a few errors and miscommunications on my end! Firstly, you're totally right about the pricing, I believe I paid about $180 after tip for my full set because of the COVID promo which I totally forgot about. Secondly, I rechecked my FB messages and saw that I was asked for a good time to call. I did NOT see that part of the message! All I saw was that "a manager will reach out to you tomorrow" and I expected a call and missed that part completely. Then, two weeks later after no call I "liked" the message convo (I don't get how FB works lol) to essentially "bump" the conversation in case it was forgotten about. I look really dumb... lol! But, that is my mistake for not reading the message closely. As to what happened prior, I did call 7 days after my full set to inquire about an early fill via voicemail, and that message didn't get responded to. That's when I reached out to some other artists (which is also why I asked for a price comparison from you guys -- thanks for being prompt!) because I was pretty disappointed with the quality of my last set with you guys anyway, and then called for a cancellation after I got my lashes fixed elsewhere. I didn't feel at the time like explaining all of this to the artist who I cancelled with-- I feel bad complaining and also felt like there probably wasn't much that could be done. But, I thought later on that I probably SHOULD reach out to your business with full honesty, since it is a pricey service and I also want to make right by you guys too, which is when I FB messaged your business page. I updated my stars on this review because this seems like a terrible time to drag a small business through the mud and I also have had good experiences with your business in the past! Hopefully, my one bad experience was just a fluke. I appreciate your offer, again, for the full set, but I do not want to put my eyes through the pain of a third full set this month! Lol! I may return later on though because I do think overall that Arxegoz is super clean, gentle, friendly, and does overall good work... I went to arxegoz because it was close to my house and just moved to Washington. I told the girl I wanted the classic but longer and fuller than "natural" lashes would look. Once they were done I told her again I liked them fuller and she said she could get them where I wanted as I get more fills. I posted a pic of my lashes 4 days after I got them done. Luckily I took a trip home right after I got them done and asked my usual lash lady if she could get me in to fix them (she took the pic) and was shocked to see my lashes. She said "you said you needed them fixed, you damn near need a fill" lol but no I wouldn't recommend them $100 just to spend $60 in 4 to days to have them fixed. If I could give more stars, I would because my experience was amazing!!! I got a lash lift and lash dye, which is different than a lash perm (natural ingredients = not harsh on sensitive skin!). Before treatment, my lashes were straight but long. So they always looked like I didn't have any. However, afterwards they look like I curled them and really brought out my eyes more. I can now say... "I WOKE UP LIKE THIS!" Because I did. I'm just so happy with my results and how amazing the Arxegoz team is and how they made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process! I was seen by Susan to get my eyebrows microbladed. I had them done in Korea in early 2016 but I never had a chance to get them touched up so it had faded quite a bit. They were still faintly there but I wanted fuller brows with more shape. Susan did such an amazing job adding more of an arch to my brows and making them more full. I really appreciated how much she took into consideration what I wanted. I went with a few friends who also got their brows done - we all wanted different shapes/styles and Susan did such an amazing job really listening to us and individualize each of our brows. If you have skin allergies or any skin sensitivitys this is the place to go.i think it's awesome because they can actually tell you all of the ingredients in all of their products even where the lashes came from. i don't usually write reviews to any place that i've been to even how bad their services are, but i will definitely not miss this one so that the other client won't waste their money going to this place. First, i made an appt here with Arxegoz because of their good reviews on yelp, so they booked me with Christiana for my eyebrow, at the very first i made sure that i wanted my brow to be thick and straight (with just a little curve at the end *little) she mapped me out for about an hour and half and came out with an arch , i will give compliments with sussy as she really helped her junior stylist to get the shape that i want but its just that she can't really do the shape that i want, i even drew/map my own then still came out with very thin shape. she keeps insisting that it wont compliment my face with the shape that i want. but hey it my face and its my money. so i still give this junior stylist a chance, they wanted to do henna since we ca can't compromise with the shape that ive been wanting, so yea i map it with my own shape but then she erased it and mapped her own again to do the henna. and end up like nothing. what i hate is ive been telling her the shape that i want and she keeps telling me that she cant do that. i was there for 5hours just for mapping my eyebrow and got charge $100 for this henna that dont even look like she put something. $40 for henna , just rather by tint eyebrow for less and at least you can shape it the way you wanted instead of her only way she knows. her eyebrows are very thin so i guess thats the only way she knows. so yea dont waste your money for $100 to map you out for 5 long hours. its a waste of time and money! read more

Great customer service, cute spot, profit off 167 not far from valley medical hospital across from the spot restaurant. I had my lashes lifted and tinted for first time and let me tell you my lashes are lifted and touching my eyelids. It's been over a month and I've tried everything to get the curl to relax and still cannot. I San in sauna, used hot water, brushed them, tried mascara omg it was horrible I looked like a raccoon in fight! Lol don't use mascara on over curled lashes.. Seen another specialist elsewhere and she told me I'd had to let my natural lashes grow out, she also mentioned the tech I seen used a rod that was too small and left product on too long possible too. So my lashes are over curled now , can't even wear false lashes cause my natural lashes are in the way with a crazy tight C curl. This all happened September 2023, So sometime in January hopefully things will be normal again. read more

My review is for Kathy. I received a hybrid full set on 7/17. This is hands down the best experience I have ever received getting my lashes done. Kathy was informative, kind, and gentle throughout the whole process. I did let Kathy know that my eyes were sensitive and she made sure to be extremely careful with my lash application. Arxegoz Beauty manufactures their own lashes so you are getting TOP notch quality lashes and glue. Upon any lash service, they wash your lashes to make sure they are properly sanitized and periodically use fans throughout the service to ensure that your eyes are not irritated (bonus, they also sell their lash shampoo and it is very gentle on the eyes). Arxegoz Beauty offers intro pricing for first time clients which was so unexpected and also offers a membership to make getting your lashes done most cost effective! My lashes after two weeks looks practically identical to when I first got them done (even after brushing and washing them regularly)!
