She was precise and intentional with the filing and painting. The best amount of pressure for a hand massage. I would have been cool with it lasting 30more minutes. Color selection was good for gel paint but I got the idea there may be a better selection with dip. Pricing was fair. Overall I think this place is 5 stars because it's VERY clean, relaxing environment and everyone was so attentive and polite. The place is very clean with a somewhat newer looking interior which is a bonus. Only reason I would give 4 stars out of 5 is because it is a bit pricey there, as almost everything is an upcharge (certain shapes, length, etc). I called and got an appointment that same day and was able to get my nails done before I attended a wedding. Definitely will be coming back as I think the quality, customer service, and cleanliness are worth paying more for.

After waiting for 30 minutes, one of the techs approached and told me they could not do both - but proceeded to take in two women that arrived after me. It's a shame because this was a nice shop but the owner has been mia for a while and the customer service is not good - obviously they can't schedule properly and you should never make someone wait for 30 minutes to say you can't do their service. I had square nails that I wanted to make more of a rounded shape. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for, and that's what I left with. I've already made my next appointment. I dont leave many negative reviews except where they are deserved! My daughter had her nails filled…read more7 days ago for her birthday. Cost $60 which is average rate so no complaining there. But she came home and said one nail had a crack in it and one of her designs she paid for was smudged. Being only 14 she didnt speak up at the time. Within 5 days of getting them done the cracked nail broke right at the crack and she lost another nail in addition. Now 2 nails off within 1 week I contacted the salon since this was her first time trying this place because our normal location was closed. The woman who answered stated loosing 2 nails in a week is normal and would be $5 each to repair. I denied wanting to make an appointment to repair because I have NEVER lost a nail within 5 days of havng mine done and I will just go back to my normal salon. She said "thats fine". So clearly she didnt care about customer service.
