Easy to book, clear instructions, everything was as anticipated. Realistically you only get about 2 hours or so of hot springs time, but after seeing the road, I was glad we booked the shuttle. Would've been doable, but would've been extremely bumpy and muddy, and it took a lot of stress off to just have a ride up and down. Definitely worth booking the shuttle. read more

I was very impressed that I was able to get last minute same day reservations for the shuttle and Strawberry Park Hot Springs via Sweet Pea Tours. Our driver was very courteous and a heck of a 1/2 hour tour guide. I acquired excellent Steamboat History. Most interestingly I learned that a group of Aspen Trees are that of a singular root system. Sweet Pea Tours is a great way to get to Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs when the park is sold out on Strawberry's site. We had a fantastic driver that knew the road well and got us there quick. Once you're on the road it's about 25 minutes to get there. Make sure you bring some sort of flip flops and a robe in the winter as there's a freezing cold walk from the changing hut to the pools. And maybe a red lamp if you're there at night for the walk to the pools since there are no lights on the way to it. Red light will allow your eyes to stay adjusted to the dark once you get to where you're walking. If you're there at night don't forget to look at the stars. It might be the best view of them you've ever had.  All in all a fantastic experience from Sweet Pea and Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs! read more

I am very disappointed to give them a one star review because they canceled my reservation without notice. Kayla called me and asked to move to another time as they had a large group and wanted to add more people to the group. My friends and I couldn't make any of the time changes she suggested because we flew from different states to get there and have everything planned in advance. She was fine as we were adamant to keep our booking time. Late evening, I just received an email saying they canceled the reservation and didn't even call to inform us. Reservations are served in advance, my friend and I checked the calendar every day and booked immediately as soon as the day opened (this booking was done more than a month of the arrival date) and I'm sure our reservation was the first group because she said yes a large group wanted to come join. Be considerate of others for their time and plans, especially those who have planned ahead. read more

We were picked up at our hotel on time. Driver was very friendly and knowledgable. They also offer large plastic bags and water and part of the price. Its worth using this company to make it up to the hotsprings, especially during winter time. If you drive your rental during the winter time and get stuck on the dirt road leading up to the springs. It's about a 450$ fine not including the tow company price and thats if they can get up there to get you out. read more

Considering the short distance I was transported, I felt I could have paid a little less. The road was very dangerous however, and I was happy that I had made the decision not to chance getting up there. Storms move in pretty quick in Steamboat so it's a good idea to plan for the worst even if it looks like a nice day where you are staying. This was the perfect way to get to & from Strawberry Park Hot Springs on a tremendously snowy night! They have crazy huge (like 14 person huge) 4 wheel drive cargo vans with chains on the tires to get you up and back safely. They pick you up at your hotel/condo/etc. and drop you back off there as well. We were there on a particularly snowy evening so it was well worth the $35 per person spent to not deal with that treacherous snow covered road. This is the most beautiful natural wonderful hot springs location ever! The tour guide was great and the springs were to die for. A must see!
