She treats one patient at a time, and in that duration she devotes all of her attention and time into making sure you have the right knowledge in how to best care for yourself. I have been seeing Dr. Lan for a little over a month now. In just 2-3 sessions, I have had a decrease in body aches including joint pain and muscle aches, a major reduction in brain fog, water retention and some weight loss and an increase in energy with acupuncture and mugwort (moxa) therapy alone. Prior to seeing her I had severe body aches and they have improved by about 80% without making any major changes to my lifestyle ( I was already eating very healthy and exercising). Additionally, I used to wake up feeling exhausted but after two sessions with Lan, I started waking up clear headed and ready to start the day. My brain fog has significantly improved as well which has been critical because I am pursuing a Masters Degree. However, the main focus of the session was to address a patch of bothersome, unsightly varicose and spider veins on my leg that I've had since my late-teens. I've thought about having sclerotherapy for several years, but never had the procedure done because the odds of the veins simply reappearing are rather high.
