Texas Jaw Treatments typically use Hyaluronic Acid Fillers to reshape and strengthen your jawline. Fillers are injectable substances that are absorbed by the skin to instantly add volume and create a lifting effect. Some products also trigger the production of collagen, which is the main constituent of skin, bones, and ligaments. To achieve my desired look, Sandy recommended using Restylane lyft and Restylane define. When injected into the hands, Restylane Lyft reduces the appearance of sagging skin, making the tendons and bones of the hand less visible. The injection of hyaluronic acid also triggers the production of collagen, which naturally provides more structure to the skin for longer. Crystal and Ken were both incredible and skilled in their profession. I left the spa feeling silky smooth! Some unique things this spa does that I haven't seen at other spas is the really sweet complimentary start to your session. They offer a foot soak or neck steam prior to your treatment. They also hand you a little sheet to personalize your treatment during check in. There's cucumber water and hot tea in the lounge area. The dressing/changing rooms are clean, serene and the lockers are easy to use! Hiatus is pricey but really worth it. My massage (Truly Yours) also was supposed to come with a glass of champagne but I never got it.. My only complaint is during check out there was a woman working the register around 4:20 on 11/10 and her boyfriend was behind the desk.. how unprofessional! I started going to the Bee Cave Med Spa in 2019 for laser tattoo removal. I did some research and…read morepicked the Med Spa based on the type of laser they use. There laser is one of the best on the market. I had three sessions with Coco and she was amazing super and super sweet. My tattoo is a very dark, highly pigmented, black outline. I already knew going in that I would need 10-12 sessions to remove it. After three sessions the laser at the Bee Cave location broke, and I had to cancel my appointment. I intended to reschedule once they got a new machine, but life happens and I never did. After not rescheduling COVID happened and I lost track of time. Yesterday, 4/28/21 I went to the north location for my fourth laser removal session. Portcia (sorry not sure on spelling) was great! She had me ice my wrist for 5 minutes prior to the laser session. This caused vasoconstriction effectively reducing my swelling and under the skin bleeding. It's one day later and I have almost no discomfort. Highly recommend going here for tattoo removal. I can't wait for my next session!

Warning: Missing Shipment and Frustrating Customer Service…read more I've been a customer of The Medspa Austin since June of last year and have spent a total of $3,834 with them. Up until recently, I never had any issues when receiving my Trezepited shots in person. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Johnson and Dr. Paydon Newman both provided excellent care and really helped me achieve my goals--this review does not reflect on them at all. However, after switching to semiglutide, the first shipment arrived without a problem, but the second one never showed up. The UPS delivery photo was just a black screen, even though I was home all day. I filed a missing package claim with UPS and also contacted The Medspa Austin and the fulfillment company in Dallas. Everyone was polite and tried to help, but ultimately referred me back to The Medspa Austin because they needed to complete a form UPS had provided. Despite my efforts, The Medspa Austin would not replace the missing shipment, citing the "delivered" tracking information, and asked me to pay an additional $200 for a new shipment. I wasn't asking for a discount or a refund--I just wanted the shipment I had already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money I've already spent and my previously positive experiences with their team. Until this missing shipment issue is resolved, I cannot recommend The Medspa Austin. However, I do want to emphasize that my negative experience does not reflect on Ashley Johnson or Dr. Paydon Newman, who both provided wonderful care.
