Wow! I scheduled a much needed massage with Mary Ellen yesterday. Today I am a whole new person! To say that I loved my massage from Mary Ellen would be an understatement. I have been suffering from very tense muscles and pain from a whiplash injury back from March of this past year. Before going to see Mary Ellen I was having a difficult time turning my neck in either direction because of limited range of motion and pain. She utilized techniques that I have never experienced which allowed my muscles to release. By the time I left, my neck had more range of motion and my pain had diminished. I've been to Mary Ellen 3 times now. Today was the third time. I've literally never seen a masseuse more than once because they never seem to know what they're doing. I met Mary Ellen after a yoga injury caused me to be unable to turn my neck to the side. The injury was extremely painful, to the point I feared whether I would be able to get out of bed.
