It was if the stars aligned the day I was checking out Sweet Repeats Facebook page. Which is where they post a lot of new items to the store. I had my heart set on the 4moms infant bathtub, and they posted it with the spout cover. It retails at around $80 and I scored it for $30!! I called immediately to see if they could hold it until the weekend, but that was a bit too long, which I understand, the store is packed! I hung up defeated. A minute later I called back and asked if I could purchase it over the phone and pick it up later...sold! I called my husband to share the great news and by the time I got off the phone, they posted a 4 moms delux mamaroo. For those of you not in the know, it is a high tech, baby rocker that is beyond futuristic in design and mimics a mother's movement in 6 different ways! It make different nature sounds, plus it hooks up to your mp3 or iPhone. Anyway, it retails at 239.99...I scored it for $100! I was on cloud 9. So, when I went to pick my items up, I was blown away. These bad boys were brand spankin' new. They had the books and all. I really doubt the previous owner even used these. It gets better. The mamaroo had the adorable monster infant insert that retails for $30, new in bag! They are also packed with super cute clothes, bumbo chairs, pack n plays, strollers, car seats, books, maternity clothing, etc. Follow them on facebook to see the latest and greatest. I absolutely love this store. The store is always organized and full of excellent products. They are extremely reasonable when trading in items, the staff always has a smile and is ready to help. This is truly an excellent business. We live a pretty good distance from this shop but find it worth the trip every time. read more

We were sold a baby exerciser that was unsafe for an infant. The device was bastardized with toys that would not fit properly. When we tried to exchange for something with only the original parts the employees pointed to the "all sales are final sign". I would never trust these people they are not honest. NEVER going back. read more

Literally biggest waste of my time. All the clothes I wanted to trade in were probably not even worn once they took a few things and wanted to give me $20. I spent that in gas coming down here. I would have gotten store credit but there was nothing worth buying! Not to mention their resale prices are close to retail. What a joke! Don't waste your time here I would try selling or donating you're baby items on your own. read more

As far as buying back used kids 'equipment', I felt I was really cheated. I brought in a pretty new Pack n Play. Maybe used 3 times. It was in perfect shape. They offered me $14 plus change for it.!! And, that had to be a store credit only. I asked for cash and that was $11 plus change. Thought that was shady, too. I asked why it was so low. The store personnel told me 'Well, you can buy one for $40" and I said, YES, you can." Hoping I could have gotten half at the very least. I did take the store credit and bought some baby clothes for an upcoming family babey. And, I see they sell them at the store for $75-$120!!!! So, yes, I am feeling cheated. They do have cute and clean kids clothes, but, that's not what I'm talking about here. read more

This place is amazing and has the cutest children's clothes in town. Everything is so affordable it makes my life so much easier knowing that I can going get the same clothes that are at Babies R US for the price of half at Sweet Repeats. I love the reward program they have there, and everything seems to be in the high-end When it comes to their inventory. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and if they don't have the product that you need you can place your name and they will call you when they have it in. I was excited to try out this place after reading the reviews, unfortunately was not quite what I was hoping for. ..really bad customer service. ..maybe bc they were young? Inexperienced? Not sure, wasn't greeted, in there for a while and no one asked me if I needed help, (I'd like to add it was only myself and one woman checking out and her daughter in the store) there were two girls working in there helping one lady, hmmm...takes two? Okay, then I kind of waited by the checkout, just to give them a chance and slowly walked out. Pretty funny, I have to laugh bc I couldn't believe how invisible I was. Would have like a shopping cart, small one like dollar store, but I understand place is small and very packed of stuff, which is typical, nothing wrong w that. Selection? Better stuff/quality/prices at wallmart. I guess I'd try to visit again, give it another chance, maybe it was just a bad day? read more

I am so disappointed in the store! I use to love it until I brought somethings is to trade/sell. They did not take everything which is ok I understand that, I asked them to donate the rest (stuff they didn't buy from me) they were very happy to. Then a few days later I see on their website that one of the things they did not buy from me and they were to donate was for sale in the store!!!! I just don't think that's right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! You are better off going to buy brand new stuff elsewhere. This is suppose to be a store that sells USED ITEMS or some like new but the prices they have listed the items for is too much. The items are used and they are asking way too much on the price for it. You got to be kidding me. I walked in looked around and walked right back out. Like are you serious? I saw a few outfits that had some wear on it and did not look new obviously it's a used store and it was like $9/$10 for it. You must be out of your mind! I rather go purchase something new for that price. If you are going to have a store and sell used clothing, then they should be good prices and affordable. That's what people look for. I'm so glad I found this place. I find great deals for my 3 kiddos. Name brands for a quarter of the price. The girls that work there always greet me with a smile, very attentive. The young ladies are always cleaning and re organizing the store. So it always looks great and easy to find what you're looking for. I would recommend, moms! read more

This place is Sweet. I have gotten a lot of great stuff cloths, shoes and toys here at a very reasonable price. A few time each season they have some big sales like stuff a bag or dollar deals those are the times to stock up. Overall very cool store. We have never sold only bought and will continue to do so. read more

I have gone to this store several times over the last year and although the staff are polite and very helpful, the store is a little unorganized and pretty cramped. The isles really aren't big enough to push a stroller down comfortably which is important in a baby store! There "buying" policy is also a little confusing. I took in a big of clothing and was given 90% of it back. It was all in good condition. The confusing part was they have back all of the "name brand" items and kept the "Walmart" type brands. I'm not saying skip this store, they do have some cute stuff but plan ahead and have enough time to look through the racks read more

I will never go to this store again. I took a box of clothes and they said they would call me, which they never did. I finally called them and they said they couldn't take anything. I spoke to the owner and told her I would TRY and pick up my clothes the following day. I went to the store a few days later to pick up my clothes and she told me they donated everything, like no big deal.. No phone call or anything. they are rude and lack customer service.
