At that moment, the tech turned off the lamp and told me she had an appointment. The owner said I could go to their sister store near by. I felt pretty insulted, I was physically in the chair and getting my nails filed and they just stopped & shooed me out for an "appointment" (didn't sound like an appt, it sounds like she had called and was entitled to get in). Why did they not ask the other lady to go to the sister store, rather than me rather than me who already had services started? My money is green & I always tip well too. I've never experienced that and it was embarrassing.
