If I recall, it started out as one small shop which to this huge space! They have so many gifting ideas from fresh flowers & arrangements to live plants, merch like T-shirts, vases, pots, etc. Staff are friendly & helpful. My dad recently picked up a bouquet for an offends for my dearly departed grandmother. Tomorrow is her heavenly birthday, she would've been 106 years old. In comparison to other places like florists, farmers markets, the Los Angeles Flower Mart, supermarkets like Ralph's or Pavilions, the prices here are on the higher end. It looks like this shop has continued to serve its community well that it has grown in size. Today was a good example, it was very busy with many customers patronizing the business. From the first appointment through the follow up and delivery, Charlene was very easy to communicate with; her designs demonstrated an excellent grasp of the spirit of our event. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, and after ringing the doorbell, they were quick to open the door. They had couple of arrangements where the flowers were beautifully nested into baskets, and there were flower arrangements in vases. I opted for the one in the basket. The owner was kind enough to swap some of the roses out for fresher ones. I also wanted a Hello Kitty decorative pick to add to the flower arrangement, and I noticed that Hello Kitty had a black smudge on her forehead. When I let the owner know of this flaw, she was quick to fix it by gluing a cute red heart gem. The Hello Kitty pick was more elevated and prettier! I've come here on other occasions where I requested for a bouquet with a budget limit. And, they were able to put together a beautiful bouquet for me that was also within my budget. Not the day before, not the day after, on Mother's Day. They said it would be no problem and that they can absolutely do it. This was a lie as they only wanted to secure my money. Flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. Very frustrating even when I specifically checked, was guaranteed, and told it would be done. The flowers then had to sit out on the porch because nobody was home to receive them. however things happen I get it, but there needs to be compensation. I called in again and got transferred to the owner who was beyond rude and disrespectful. I explained the situation. Had them pull the order details and who I spoke with when the order was placed. She did not care and went on and on and on about how tired she is and that she wants to quit and that nobody wants to work on Sundays and how it was practically my fault. Those are all your problems lady. She then finally offered to do my next arrangement all up nice and pretty, not free, but make it nice. YOU SHOULD BE DOING THAT REGARDLESS! also why would I trust you with another order? Flowers were still delivered and eventually received all I asked was for a $50 refund to compensate for the facts that they were not delivered on the date I was guaranteed. No one even called me to let me know they would be delivered early so I could make sure someone was there to receive them. She says I'm unbelievable and says to never order flowers from her again and that they will drive back, and take back the flowers and give a full refund. And continued to go on about all her problems and how hard it is to run the store. She's sick, she's tired, she wants to quit, no body wants to work anymore and would not be giving me any partial refund without going and taking the flowers back from the recipient. On her 5th time complaining about all her sorrows and troubles I had to hang up because we all got our own problems and I didn't pay you $300 to be your therapist. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Go anywhere else or risk paying to be a therapist for some crazy lady's sorrows
