I provided the shop with inspiration pictures for a wedding bouquet, center pieces and an arch. The employee who assisted me provided thoughtful suggestions and had concise answers to any questions I had. When I decided to move forward with the order I was shocked by how reasonable the prices were. To top off the excellent service, I had initially decided to have a family member pickup the arrangements on the day of the wedding. The morning of I received a call from one of the employees stating that due to the predicted warm weather - they wanted ensure the arrangements were as fresh and protected from the elements as possible and stated they'd happily deliver our arrangements at no extra charge. HOW INCREDIBLY THOUGHTFUL! The arrangements were everything I asked for and more. I am so happy and I could not be more satisfied with my choice in flower shop to entrust my ideas with on the most special day. I pick it up, when I get home I notice that the bouquet is missing some greenery(seeded u). I call them and they give me some BS excuse that the greenery is not in season and that's why they didn't add it. I ask why they didn't call to let us know this when they were making the bouquet, and I get an IDK IM SORRY! It's a damn wedding bouquet and they just don't care! They offer to have me drive back to add some different greener, or take it back for a refund. The wedding is TOMORROW and they just have no care in the world. It would've been nice to get the call and have been offered the alternative greenery when they realized they couldn't add it. So much for supporting small businesses. I guess once they started making flower arrangements for influencers they just stopped caring about simple customer service to regular customers. The flowers then had to sit out on the porch because nobody was home to receive them. however things happen I get it, but there needs to be compensation. I called in again and got transferred to the owner who was beyond rude and disrespectful. I explained the situation. Had them pull the order details and who I spoke with when the order was placed. She did not care and went on and on and on about how tired she is and that she wants to quit and that nobody wants to work on Sundays and how it was practically my fault. Those are all your problems lady. She then finally offered to do my next arrangement all up nice and pretty, not free, but make it nice. YOU SHOULD BE DOING THAT REGARDLESS! also why would I trust you with another order? Flowers were still delivered and eventually received all I asked was for a $50 refund to compensate for the facts that they were not delivered on the date I was guaranteed. She says I'm unbelievable and says to never order flowers from her again and that they will drive back, and take back the flowers and give a full refund. And continued to go on about all her problems and how hard it is to run the store. She's sick, she's tired, she wants to quit, no body wants to work anymore and would not be giving me any partial refund without going and taking the flowers back from the recipient.
