Any food you bring Northside better have flavor. This burger has it in spades. Half mile from my front door, I'm sold. For now it's a truck as they work on restoring the building, but the food and hospitality were great. The single original was plenty for me. Add the baked beans and a Coke, it is just right. Came here at a pop-up the other day. The burgers were huge and really tasty -- you could tell everything was made by hand. Even the fries were awesome; they actually chopped up real potatoes instead of using frozen ones. You can taste the difference, and it all felt super fresh and homemade. read more

Seriously, the burger was one of the best burgers I have had. The skillet potatoes were good as well and probably would be 10/10 if they had a crunch. The Mac and Cheese was delicious. Great burgers! I got the classic which comes with cheese and all the fixings. The ground meat was good quality and seasoned expertly. It was an excellent burger! The burger came with skillet potatoes, baked beans, or bagged chips. I was a tad bummed that there's no french fries or house made chip option, but the burger is awesome. I got the skillet potatoes which are good, but just weren't exactly what I wanted. Service is excellent. The lady taking orders knew I was "new" and explained the menu/concept to me. Next time, I'll try a craft burger or the pulled pork sammie. She also explained that they focus more on their BBQ menu on the weekend. There is plenty of parking here. The inside is small with two tables and two long benches inside the trailer. It was very clean and cozy inside. They obviously do mostly takeout. I downed my wagyu burger in no time before I even thought of pictures, and then I worked quickly on the smoked mac and cheese, which was incredibly amazing and over the top. I was stuffed but in food heaven. Bypass any other burger place and head straight here. On a diet? Their business hours are horrible. I can never catch them open. They close at 5:30p on Fridays (on payday and when most are getting off work) all day on Saturday and Sunday. Strange a small business would be closed during potentially the most busiest times/days of the week. They close at 7p the rest of the week but I've gone by at 6:30p and guess what... they were closed, lol. read more

I think there may be crack in the sauce because I'm addicted and I just can't get enough no other burgers compare. Every time I eat them I question if I should regurgitate it just to eat it again. If I could give them a Michelin star I would, but 5 on here will do. BONUS it's family own and ran which is really nice to see and support. My friend and I stopped in today to grab some lunch. She got the cheeseburger while I got the Boss Hawg. Additionally, we both got the potatoes (no fries available - that's ok) which were excellent. Both burgers tasted very good. My only criticsm is that the juice that runs off the Boss Hawg ruined the structural integrity of the bottom bun. Ompared to all the good, this is pretty minor.
