My daughter had been wanting ice cream all trip but finding something worth trying in Seattle that wasn't Salt & Straw and had easy parking just wasn't happening for us. We stopped in for ice cream and noticed there were homemade wrapped cookies available for purchase. We then noticed a sign pointing to the back that said More Cookies... we thought we were being led to the restroom but the space opened up to an entire cookie shop!!! We had some of the prepackaged cookies in hand and the woman behind the counter said that she'd replace those with fresh made ones dorm that morning! We decided on 4 cookies - Oatmeal Chocolate Chip - Chocolate Chip - Sugar Cookie with Rainbow Sprinkles - Mount Si Let me tell you... actually... I can't tell you because there are absolutely NO WORDS to describe how deliciously soft and flavorful these cookies are. Truly a sin and wish I would have gotten more for the flight back home to Los Angeles. We paid for our cookies ($4 each and worth every penny) and proceeded to also get ice cream which paired extremely well. I will have sweet dreams of the Rainbow Sprinkles Sugar Cookie for the rest of my days... sighhhhh.
