In general they were good. I guess a more European take on a pastry. Not as sweet and probably better ingredients. They all ate a bit dry though. Not sure if this is by intent. It was good. But at $5-$6 a doughnut it should be dreamy I think. Would I go back. Maybe. I probably would prefer a maple bar from doughnut parade or fluffies or such. I want them to succeed and maybe the coffee will be their jam. The owner talked it up. And 1 doughnut may be ok. Also there is no sitting. This is a take and go operation. Clearly great people.
