I brought my niece, Jezinnie here on 8/11/23 when I searched this place on Yelp. I was anxious to try this place. I had bookmarked it for awhile. Locally owned Parisian bakery cafe and not a franchise. Owners, Maximus and Ella were inspired after a trip to Paris which help them to achieve this. Cafe is located downtown near cross street: N Freya Street and E Sprague Street. Next to European Delicatessen and Carpet Barn. This is a modern French bakery which offers a wide selection of bakery sweets and goodies: -Macarons Ice cream -Assorted teas -Italian sodas -Occasional drink flights (summer/valentine, etc) -Chai tea -Lattes -Gelato -Sorbetto -Specialty Hot chocolate **Too many drinks and pastries to list. They make everything organically. The menu is a good sized menu. There were so much to select from. My niece decided on the Tiramisu which she loved. I enjoyed it too. I decided on crème brûlée. It was as they say in French "C'est magnifique!" LOL! I also had jasmine peach tea which was good. My daughter, Kaylah visited 12/15/25 and ordered strawberry Italian soda and almond croissant. I ordered the viral fruit cake from here by pre ordering online. I had a pick up time for Sunday at 4:30 but was able to pick it up a little early around 4 pm. The fruit cake came with 4, after tax it was around $50 for the four which was a bit pricey. But I wanted to try so I figured it was worth it. My favorite flavors were the Mango Coconut and the pistachio pomegranate. They had a delicious crunch and flavor. Each of the pastries were crunchy and satisfying to bite into. I also got a few macaroons to try. I got the pistachio and birthday cake. The birthday cake was fine but didn't taste like cake to me, but the pistachio had a delicious strong pistachio flavor. Absolutely in Love with the chocolate croissants. The place is super cute and they always come out with specials on select weekends. Only downfall is their reward system is awful. The first time my $10 reward went missing, and the second time I had 150 points go missing as well. Even reaching out thru email no one ever gets back to you. read more

The best macarons in town can be found at miFLAVOUR. This modern French bakery offers macarons that are a bigger size than the standard ones you'll likely find other places. You can pick out your own or get a pre-set bundle. My only issue with the macarons is the lid on the container. It just kind of rests on the container, not really securing the macaron should the lid fall off. If macarons aren't your thing, there are also a lot of other fun desserts here like fruit tarts and cakes. If you can't make it out to the E. Sprague location, you can find miFLAVOUR's macarons around town at stories such as Huckleberries and Rocket Market. Although, the café itself is worth a visit since there are plenty of tables and the inviting space encourages one to stay a while. This bakery blew me away. The artisan bakery goods are 5 Star fantastic! The prosciutto Apple Brie croissant sandwich was pitch perfect. Latte was served hot, in a cognac glass. Arrived just after opening on Saturday and immediately upon finding out that the person who took the order didn't file it correctly and thus, no cookies were ready or packaged. The manager jumped in and IMMEDIATELY fixed the issue. Our 80 guests LOVED their pastries, and I appreciate her effort to fix a big deal to us immediately. When I explained that I wasn't expecting her to know but that it would be helpful due to my diabetes, she responded with even more attitude: "Well, we don't know." Food- tasted food and the macaroons were larger than expected. My daughters loved the fruity pebble, passion fruit but I myself didn't care for the coffee one. They had a lot of options for pastries that range in price starting at about $8 and up. Another cool thing g is that they make inhouse candy bars with your choice of chocolates and toppings. Just drove over 30 minutes to get my macaroons and the place was closed 15 minutes early to top it off, There was a black GMC SUV full of girls. I'm assuming we're the employees because they sat there and laughed at me and my fiance pulling the locked door, this actually happened a previous time and the same suv was there. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable about each item. Fast service as well. You can choose to take out or eat in the bakery. They will provide plates and utensils if you decide to stay. Having been to Paris, the prices and quality are actually comparable to miFLAVOUR; 1 pastry can be $6-10 and the quality is near perfection. Macarons are more expensive here than it was in France. We got 3 items and there were all very delicious. None were overly sweet. The tiramisu's mascarpone cheese was light and creamy. Raspberry is slightly tart (which I like). What a great place to have a pastry and a cup of fresh brewed iced tea. This is our go to spot for breakfast when we're in Spokane. The chocolate croissant is one of the best I've had. It's my go to when we visit a bakery and the croissants here are great. This last visit we had a berry, cream cheese Danish style croissant pastry and it was wonderful.
