I've been going to Nails Done with Dina for about three months now and I seriously cannot recommend her enough! I get hard gel, which I love because it gives the strength of acrylic but is much healthier for my natural nails. Dina does an incredible job every single time. She's super detail-oriented, so my appointments usually run about 2 to 2.5 hours depending on whether I get a simple look or add a design--but it is so worth it. The salon itself has such a great vibe. It's always very clean, bright, and comfortable, and everyone who works there is incredibly friendly. You feel welcome the moment you walk in, and it makes the whole experience even better. She truly cares about the quality of her work, and you can see it in how beautiful and long-lasting the results are. My nails easily last 4-5 weeks and still look amazing. The first time I came here was in March because they did an ad on IG for 50% with Sasha. It took her 3 hours to do a simple manicure. I didn't go back for almost 4 months and made an appt with Victoria. She is great! Always get in and out within an hour with her. I went back recently and unfortunately got Sasha again without remembering my first encounter. She kept telling me my nails were too weak for overlay and basically telling me my nails wouldn't last for more than a week. I told her I didn't want to pay $100+ for nails that wouldn't last more than a week. She told me they would be fine and we went forward. My nails looked ok but they chipped AND two of my nails split down the middle which has never happened. I had to go back a week later to have the gel removed by Mila because it looked and felt so horrible on my hands. I'm hesitant to go to anyone except Victoria now based off these 2 experiences with another tech. Choose your tech wisely read more

First of all, this place is super clean and organized. Well lit, well kept. The detail to attention shows. I did a dry pedicure with Jennifer a couple of weeks ago and it still looks amazing. Highly recommend the dry pedi for a post-summer overhaul. Mila, the owner, did a Russian Manicure last time around. Left my nails and cuticles looking perfect. ($305 before tip!!!!!) Don't waste your money here. I called and made an appointment over the phone for 2 pedicures, assuming it was what I had been seeing on their Instagram account, but that's not what I got. When my husband and I arrived, we were never shown a menu with pricing and services to select from, so I assumed it was what I saw online. My husband had an appointment at the same time as mine, but his service did not start until 26 minutes later. We were never offered refreshments and we sat in very short uncomfortable chairs, with no place to rest our heads. They were not nice, big, traditional massage chairs, just pieces of house furniture. I had back surgery and was asked to move my chair forward several times, since they are not motorized. I am disabled and this created a lot of back pain for me from the start. We received completely different services and when I asked why mine did not include callus remover like his, I was told that every nail technician is an independent contractor. They all had different prices and offered different services. You can only pay them with Venmo, cash, or Zelle, which again, was not told to me when I made the appointment. I was so late for my nail service (fill) at my usual salon that I asked if they could do a fill for me. I assumed I could get the nails from their IG account that I was so excited about. However, no one seemed to know what a "fill" was. They kept asking me if I had tips and I explained I just needed an acrylic fill with gel polish. A woman started my nail service and half way in, after the product was all drilled off, another technician said she only does polish, not fills!!!! Why on earth was someone assigned to me who was unable to do the service I needed?! My nails were all different shapes and not even close to what I asked for. Realizing that what I saw on their IG account was not something this woman could do, I just went with an all over color. I was deeply disappointed. The women doing the services were very sweet, but the lack of communication and coordination of management was poor. I have never been so unhappy with my nails and paid so much money. Be warned... make sure the person you are paired with knows how to do the service you want and ask what the pricing is in advance. I also received glaring looks from other technicians there, which was really disheartening when I smiled warmly at them. I will never go back to this salon. For the insane end price of $365 for a gel pedicure, gel polish on my nails and a pedicure for my husband, this was our WORST experience ever. :( read more

Updating my review because I did give this salon another try. I would like to be fair because I went to a different nail tech who I believe was more experienced than the first one. My second appointment here, however, was with Natalie. She took her time, was meticulous with each nail, and very gentle. My nails were not at risk of breaking. The shape looks great, the work is perfect, and worth every penny of $125. I will rebook with her. I got a soft pink with chrome. I can't stop looking at my nails. TLDR: Condescending employees and overpriced services. I work across the street and this place had good reviews, so I came in hoping to get my nails done. For background, I had done my own gel x nails for months at that point. If I'm having someone do my nails, I prefer to get acrylic done. So when I came in, I asked if they do acrylic. An employee verbatim said, "No. We don't do acrylic here. We do Gel X. Do you know what that is? It's more expensive" in the most condescending tone. $90-$100 for gel x nails is really overpriced for what it is, and this doesn't include removal, designs, or tip... you can do your own gel x nails for a fraction of the cost and they look just as good. It takes skill to lay an acrylic bead and build a nail correctly, and I'd gladly pay for that. Regardless, it's on me as a customer to decline if I don't believe a service isn't worth its cost, I understand that. What's compelled me to write this review is the lack of common decently, manners, and tact that the employees showed me that day. I've ruminated over this for a while, and I feel like my experience here should be voiced in case it's helpful to someone. I appreciate the 150$ refund, however my nail bed is completely split in half and I can not get tips anymore . When I first got my nails done here I thought they looked great. I got a gel removal and a new gel manicure. My nail tech had great attention to detail and my nails were filed evenly how I like them. However, within days, multiple nails started chipping and/or peeling off. I tried to salvage them for the holidays as best I could, but it was awful. To be charged $70 for a manicure that chips/peels in 3 days is terrible. My prior gel manicure from another nail salon had stayed beautifully with zero lifting for over a month.
