These Ladies did a super job for Mother's Day! I got a great bouquet for my wife, which they did fresh, then they delivered a beautiful arrangement for one daughter and another to my youngest. The one for the younger wasn't quite up to par, so, I called and they ended up talking to my wife. We sent pictures and they got a look at them and agreed that it should be better. I met Leslie and her team a few weeks ago because my Husband and I stopped in to give their cupcakes a try, and I'm so thankful and glad we did! I asked her team to make me Custom Baby Shower Decorated cookies (you'll see the variations) as well has cupcakes with fruit filling and without!. They did not disappoint! Most of my family do NOT like decorated cookies, but this teams was delicious! They we're also freshly made and just so beautiful! 10/10 recommend! These ladies were fantastic, from the moment I called they realized I had no idea what I was doing and they helped me every step of the way. I was sending flowers as a thank you. I always go with Carter's because the bouquets are absolutely majestic. I needed next day delivery so I decided to try Bakers. For $103 dollars (including the $20 delivery fee) I was pretty disappointed. The bouquet is okay. I figured for the amount of money maybe there would be a rose or 2 in there or something with a bit more interest. I didn't specify but a whole bouquet of mostly daisies for $100? I'll admit it was my mistake to go with florists choice. IMHO, Go with Carter's instead if you want to knock 'em dead. read more

We've used this bakery for over 10 yrs for cakes. They can make anything I ever gave them a picture of. I wish I had all the cake photos on my phone, when my son was younger we did a lot of the shape ones. Had a really awesome pirate ship cake that they airbrushed. Also got a couple of really good baby shower cakes where I brought them the paper plate/napkin of the theme and they matched it (colors and animals/shapes) The cakes always get so many compliments for the looks and the flavors. We usually l go with almond or amaretto and buttercream. I've also gone by during the week to grab some sweets from their Togo section. They even have Keto options. Up until last year I used a local florist in Conroe to send my mother flowers for Mother's Day. Last year Covid shut that company down. So I found Heavenly cakes and flowers online and since they had such great reviews I thought I would give them a shot. The arrangement was first class. My mother was very happy! My husband sent me flowers from here when I was in the hospital. They didn't have but an inch of water in the vase which you couldn't tell because of the color/vase design. Flowers were dead in 36 hours. read more

Expectation vs Reality Went with this company because I got a better quote than with a company located in The Woodlands. Cheaper is not always better, y'all. I understand it is a difficult cake to execute, but if you are unable to do it just say that instead of wasting time and money. I was originally quoted $125 for the two tier pictured. She then told me it would be $182 to add the flowers, but the flowers pictured were unavailable due to COVID. (Completely understandable) but WHY was I charged an extra $57 for her to hand me five dying pink stemmed roses, and a handful of baby's breath to put on myself.. The color gold was so off (clearly) and when we asked why she said because the gold closest to the color we wanted tasted bad?? Why not inform your customer that you are changing the design. The top tier was lopsided and the fondant was not smoothed out all the way. The weird wobbly trim around the layers didn't help at all either. We had to buy our own flowers and pink beads to replace the gold ones to help bring the cake to life. There policy says something along the lines of "no refunds just remakes" but we were refused a remake because she was about to close.. so why not a refund? Instead we were offered a small strand of garland to "hide" the color. I wish I would have read a review like this and spent an extra $40 on a better cake elsewhere. read more

We went in 3 weeks early b4 prom. By the way they have nothing on their webite as advertised. We ordered what my daughter wanted & the lady there wrote it down & asked if we wanted to pay then or at pickup, I said at pickup.Tues b4 we were to pick up,they called & said they must have payment to proceed.Fine.3 days b4 we are to pick it up, they called to ask what ribbon we wanted when we clearly picked it out 3 weeks prior. Come to find out they"were out of the ribbon"my daughter picked.They found something similar but not really. At this point i was irrited and annoyed.Pickup on sat 5/14.No boutonniere! We had to wait while she made one.Within 30 min of wearing both the corsage & boutonniere (on the same day we picked up)flowers fell off. $75? Horrible! I ordered a plant for a viewing and funeral. I told her my price range and told me she had a nice ivy pole . I received a call from the florist the morning of the funeral saying it was $20 more than I was told and if I didn't want to pay it they would go take it back from the funeral home. If you make a mistake on the cost you let me know the day I order it or at least the day of the viewing not just before the funeral. The way she was talking I don't know if it was delivered for the viewing. I don't know if it looked good or not but the way it was handled was wrong . I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Received a beautiful bouquet from my son's family over a week ago, and lo and behold, 8 days later it is pretty much 85% still pretty! I've always been someone who prefers live plants because cut flowers don't usually last but a few days , but it seems they have some kind of "additive" that they have begun adding that promotes longevity for the life of their flowers. Also I loved the little "truffles" included with my flowers - I hope they keep up this good work as I have been gifted items from their shop for a couple of years now, and I'll continue to refer them to my family and friends.
