I get there 5 minutes early, and no one is there. I wait an extra 10 minutes and I call and they tell me someone is almost there. A different girl comes in, I think her name was Hannah. She could barely speak English and I'm trying to tell her I'm allergic to formaldehyde and that she needs to use a sensitive glue. Not sure if she understood a single thing of what I said. I was there for over an hour, with the most severe burning eye pain that I've ever had! I was already annoyed that I booked with a particular person and they switched it without even telling me. I paid over $200 for top and bottom lashes. This was an awful experience, the lashes were uneven and I asked her to add a few more on one eye and she said next time she would.... Next time?!?! Yeah, there won't ever be a next time!

I honestly didn't even feel the two hours (or hour and a half) fly by! She has great bed side manner and informed me of the after care process as well as answered any questions I had. My lashes are classic medium length with the waterproof glue so I didn't have to wait to take a bath after getting them. The process itself was easy and I only felt a slight tingling on one of my eyes but it wasn't bothersome. I am so happy with my lashes and can't wait to come back to dee.
