They are normally super booked but they had some space to fill me in for their signature Facial, Dermaplaning and a Lash Lift. I had Vicky for my facial which was super great. She made sure I was okay with the steam and I loved that she adjusted it for me. She's extremely kind and respectful. She left the room to let the mask sit and she came back and she massaged my arms it was great. Those warm towels are the best thing ever. Before we left the room she massaged my back and it felt so good after a long day at work. After my facial ended she lead me to the spot I'm getting my lashes and face done. She did my lash lift first and I've never done this before and honestly I was kinda nervous but she made me super comfortable by telling me what she's doing and that everything is okay. She really cares about the customers experience. I loved it. They came out beautiful too. Later Lucy was my aesthetician for my Dermaplaning and she did amazing. I've never felt this great and she did every spot I asked her to do. I did a full face she just got a lot on the neck too. I also really like that they give you a blanket it's very soothing. Lucy was gentle with my lips so she didn't cut me. I can tell she's very skilled. After they asked if they could take a picture of my face/ lashes and I said of course. I was very happy with everything and everyone. The front desk is always so kind too! I rate my experience a 10/10 and the service a 11/10 for sure. Thanks Again!
