I have never had an issue with this company. I set up residential service quickly. Billing is handled with ease. Ive been a customer for a few years and they have not raised the rate. When I put my cans out they usually place them back in the same spot and they even put the lid back on. read more

I switched to sweetland from Blevins sanitation a couple of years ago because I was having problems with my bins being broken because they were getting thrown around and not getting my trash picked up because they missed my stop and since I have switched to sweetland I'm so happy! I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have been doing business with them for many years and they have always found a way to meet my needs. They are primarily a curb side weekly garbage pick up company in Southern Indiana. However they also can make arrangements to schedule pick up of large bulky items. Over the many years I've used Sweetland, I've needed this type of service and they've never let me down. Prior to me finding Sweetland, I did business with a couple of Sweetland's competitors. None of Sweetland's competitors can come close to providing the customer service and the ability to accommodate your special needs throughout the year. This is an easy 5-star review. At the end of 2020, WM was upping their rates and we were being charged for a rural route rate despite just living outside of New Albany. Sweetland is in my case hundreds of dollars cheaper than Waste Management and for a year of service the fee is $204. Sweetland is always on time and send emails during those holiday weeks so you will know if your pickup is moved. They even offer a recycling program at no charge and WM doesn't offer that service. read more

When I took over the bills I had the opportunity to change weekly dumpster service companies. I cannot tell you how much Sweetland has helped me. Other dumpster companies feel like sharks just waiting to hold you to constrictive contracts that you have to sign all your rights away! Sweetland treated me like family on the very first phone call. If you have the rare opportunity to become a sweetland customer DO IT! It really has been one of the best decisions I have made. read more

I live in milltown and sweetland is our trash company. They are awesome! The guys are friendly and they always put the can right back where it was sitting not just left out in the drive. Been with the company for several years and never had a problem....then 2 busted trash cans in a couple of months. The first one was and older can and they offered a $20 savings on their $95.00 can....we bought 2 new ones at a local hard ware store. They managed to bust one of this with less than a month of use. They offered nothing .....so we have changed companies. Horrible customer service. read more
