When we walked in, I can't tell you how excited we were to see it in the cooler. The top book was chocolate and the bottom layer was lemon blueberry. It was easy to separate the two flavors for serving. The lemon blueberry layer was absolutely fantastic (I was too full for chocolate after!), great lemon flavor and a generous filling of a blueberry preserve. I enjoyed both the colored fondant and the butter cream frosting, and it was just the right amount. They helped us load and were super friendly during pick up. I was impressed with the organization. All the materials were divided prior to the class. It made the transition between each step seamless. There were three choices of cake: almond, chocolate, and strawberry. Crystal was clear in her directions and patient with all the students. My daughter really enjoyed the class and wants to take more.

The baker bounced after hearing the bridesmaids say it didn't look like the picture and never checked in with the bride. Absolutely terrible service and no accountability for the crappy job.
