Went while Winter hours are still in effect, which means they are only open Saturdays. This is my third or fourth trip here before. They are known for some crazy beers. I've had IPA's before here and they are decent. They had none on tap today, mainly just their smoothie sours. They have a cool little spot by Firestone Farms. When the weather is nice the outdoor space is great. With the weird weather recently, they haven't opened it yet. I will say I haven't had a bad beer from here before. I was traveling through the area and decided to stop for a flight on the way home. One thing to say is that their smoothie and ice cream style beers are thiiick! They aren't your typical beers. After glancing down the menu I decided to have a flight of four. All were amazing. I had a rum barrel aged Hawaiian Punch, a peanut butter that tasted like drinking melted peanut butter ice cream, a chocolate & peanut butter one and the last was a peanut butter and jelly ice cream smoothie sour. The last one tastes just like you were drinking an uncrustable. Crazy good. The folks here are really friendly. The only negative to me and it's just me was that I was bloated on the way home. The glasses in the flights are about 7oz's but because the drinks are so thick I just felt blah. But the beer was amazing despite that. We stopped at this brewery out of sheer curiosity!! Smoothie beers... yep I'm checking it out!! We tried 6 different beers and they were all delicious! Could not taste alcohol in these at all but it's in there!! The staff were very friendly and informative! They even have an outdoor chess game!! We will be back! read more

This is definitely a fun place to check out. Staff was welcoming and friendly. They asked if it was our first time there and explained one menu board had their smoothies, which is what they are known for and the other board has the normal beer. We were there to try the smoothies but I definitely want to try some of their stouts when I get the chance. I completely understand their smoothies may not be for everyone. They aren't even like a smoothie sour you would have at another brewery. They truly are something onto their own and hard to imagine until you just try one. They are thick and can be heavy (but not as heavy as I thought). However the flavor they manage to put in them is incredible. They had a buckeye one with caramel that was to die for. Just imagine dessert in a glass. They did a watermelon one that was refreshing and summer in a glass. They did a cookie series with oatmeal creme pie, Oreo and chocolate chip. These guys are making creations you just don't see other places. It's nice though that for those who want a lager or an IPA etc have those options. It's a chill environment and they tend to have great music playing. There are board games available as well. Plus an outdoor seating area if you would prefer to be outside. They do have some cans available as well as crowlers. The price is up there a little just due to the ingredients they use and the small batch production. It's nice to be able to get a little treat to bring home though. read more

It was not open when we arrived on Sunday. I did not call ahead, like I usually do. The place looked really neat. The beer menu posted online looked fabulous, so I was disappointed we didn't get to try any. The place next door was the home of the food truck food we had at Birdfish. Another plus. We will call ahead the next time we are in the area. I know it's hard to keep track of your online presence, but the number of conflicts between the hours Yelp, google, and brewery websites post are plentiful. My cousin held his pre-wedding get together here, and I can definitely see why people like it. Ill Will is in a larger property with a barbeque restaurant, wedding venue, some BnBs, and some great outdoor space. The brewery has a great patio with a couple of firepits and I'm pretty sure the big doors roll up in the summer. They have a variety of beers on tap, and their specialty beers called smoothies. They seem pretty popular, but I did not particularly care for them - they have a very intense, true fruit flavor, but the texture was a bit off putting to me. It's kind of like a very think juice or very thin smoothie. I tried the fall apple/cinnamon/pear, and it's legit like drinking thinned out applesauce. Intense flavor, but, again, the texture was not doing it for me. I did see a lot of people enjoying the beverage, and the different flavors are intriguing. At the time I was there, they aren't offering ciders, so it's just beer or smoothies, so it was a water night for me. The space is cool, and the bartender was friendly, but with no in bar food, and drinks I didn't care for, it wasn't quite my vibe. read more

Biggest thing I was not crazy about. The music. It was heavy rock/metal. We were out all day walking at nearby Shakerwoods and the last thing I wanted to listen to was that music. We had smoothies and Helles. I am not a fan of the smoothies but really enjoyed the crispness of the Helles. read more

Stayed at air b n b located on the property, walked over assuming this was a " craft beer" place but realized it was like NOTHING I've ever tried before!! The bartender Erin was super friendly and I was able to sample each flavor from the taps, the only one I personally didn't care for was the blood orange drink. They all were thick just like a smoothie, the raspberry TASTED like actual raspberry, the lemon tasted like lemon cream pie, the chocolate peanut butter tasted like a Reese's cup, basically every flavor was delicious, 5-6 percent alcohol in the beverage and I couldn't drink just 1, no after taste, and I didn't feel bloated like I would if I drank any other beers on tap. I live in Pittsburgh PA and I wish there was something like this around where I live, and they don't ship so I guess I'll be making the hour drive back to Columbiana to bring some more home. I bought 8 cans to bring back, at $9 a can I think the price is fair considering you can't find these drinks anywhere else, and the ingredients taste good quality, my only small issue was I left my can in the freezer overnight and it split open, so don't freeze them for long if you choose to drink them this way. I did ask to try one of the smoothie beers and was told I would have to come back when the line wasn't so long - not cool. Lots of very nice outdoor seating with sun and shade. Their rotating taps are well maintained. Don't be afraid to read the boards and ask questions. They have games on the tables and fire pit areas outside to chill. Check the food truck schedule online if you are hungry or there are a few places close to pick stuff up. The bartenders can suggest places that would deliver as well. All in all it's a nice chill hang and is no pressure. Enjoy all they have to offer including something new each time. read more

We have visited many times and wanted to take our out of town guests. And being a first time guest at a brewery, samples are necessary to select a beer you like. Unfortunately, Gray was not accommodating and actually quite rude when he was asked for samples. We've never experienced this type of service there and felt very unwelcome. When Gray left and the next bartenders came in, it was completely different. They gladly provided samples to customers, encouraging them try different brews. We had already had our drinks, many that went left behind because they were not what we liked. We will not be back for quite some time, which is unfortunate because we like to support local and the location is beautiful and has great outside space for families and larger groups.
