Beginning with the initial meeting to walk through the scope of the project was extremely thorough and detailed. Joseph patiently explained the process and time table of the move. Shortly after the walk through I received a detailed fixed quote that was very fair. I had already spent weeks researching moving companies and their process and did not like what I heard. I was told since I did not have a full house move my items would share a truck with other households and that my items could be transfered to another truck along the route. The potential for lost items, damage and extended deadlines was highly likely from customer reviews. When Joseph explained that the Strong Brothers Moving process was to personally pack all items, load the truck, make the drive and unload at the final destination I knew I found a company I could trust to take care of the move. Joseph and Andrew took such great care wraping the furniture in protective blankets, carefully packing boxes of generations of family china and crystal that all arived in perfect condition. Additionally they carefully protected a very large collection of artwork that also arrived without a scratch. Everything was unloaded perfectly and they were helpful to the very last minute, including helping me rotate the spa to figure out the best orientation for the electrical so I could better inform the electrician of any limitations. I personally witnessed them being incredibly careful moving the unit on to the truck, strapping it down for transport, driving slowly, and unloading it off the truck. All in all an excellent experience. I can't confirm that the tub made it to the destination leak-free just yet but I can assure you if there are any issues, it wasn't due to Whiz Whiz.

The recipient was becoming anxious and raising her voice but he remained calm. Dimitri and his co-worker were further challenged with clutter and a small space. The recipient was unable to clear a good path for them, and she would not allow others to do the job for her. In the midst of all this, he still remained calm and even tried to reassure her all would be well...which in fact it was. As quick as possible, the sofa was in place and the task over.
