Just a couple of things to be aware of: walking in, it is not imediately obvious that everyone must SIGN IN on a tiny little pad on the opposite side of where the service area is. So, when you walk in, what's the first thing you look for? Well, the service desk of course, so you head that way and get in line like you would anywhere. And then, about 25 minutes later another customer walks in and I guess they somehow know to go sign in and now they're in front of you! Yes, there is a small, not-very-noticeable paper taped above the pad stating "Sign In" with an arrow pointing down. But again, you're not even looking in that direction when entering. And all the people sitting around the perimeter of the room waiting their turn? They know you should have signed in but nobody tells you because they want to see how long you'll wait before figuring out the system. Then you sign in, take a seat and wait to watch the next victim guilelessly go stand in line. Also, I guess through no one's fault, it takes a pretty good amount of time for each customer to be processed, so be prepared for that. Also, you don't have to wait in line if you're returning a car. I feel like they need to add two really big huge signs on the wall saying "Sign In!" and "Car returns don't wait in line!" I say all this only to save you, the customer, time and keep your blood pressure lower. And I still recommend the place--staff are hustling and bustling when I've been there and have really gone above and beyond to meet their customers' needs with effort and even a sense of humor!

My experience with Dustin and all those at Trophy Collision has been nothing but excellent (and I can be a tough critic, ask Edgar). I was stressed... they handled the tow truck, got me in immediately after work at 3pm, worked with my insurance directly & Dustin even sent my insurance the repair estimate before he left for the day. This greatly expedited my insurance claim. Turns out it was a total loss. Dustin went above and beyond teaching me how to do research on my totaled vehicle to ensure I wouldn't get ripped off by the insurance company. Sidebar, I currently teach the basics of buying a vehicle, insurance & the like to my seniors in class, but Dustin taught me MORE that I can now share during my lesson this spring! Dustin wasn't the only great employee I encountered. The mechanic generously removed my recently installed and undamaged towing package and wrapped it up with all assembly parts so I could install it on my next vehicle. He was so polite & helpful. In addition, my insurance only slotted $30 p/day for a rental. I have 3 kids in car seats and the well known car rental companies couldn't provide me a rental in that price range for the size I needed to transport my littles. But Trophy Collision & Trophy Nissan came in clutch again. They got me into a Nissan Rogue via their in-house rental company and for only $25 p/day +tax. Every penny counts on a teacher salary. Another thing I noticed is that everyone consistently wore their masks, no one was ever waiting in the waiting area (customers helped immediately) and all the employees were kind & helpful to both customers and each other. I'm a sucker for good culture. It's obvious their turnover percentage is probably small. I could literally go on, but hopefully you get the point and I can now go clean the mess my children made while writing this review (it was worth it). Seriously, I won't take my car anywhere else now. They have made a lifelong customer in me. Thanks for all the support team & special shout-out to the real MVP, Dustin Abbott. Terrible communication from the 214 area code number and the 469 area code number. Now to the day of my wedding. Two days before the wedding day, I received information from them that I was able to receive a different car for the same price. I said yes because I liked the other car better. Well come the day of the wedding, I receive a text that the car didn't fit on the trailer. It doesn't take much work just to Google the dimensions of a RR Cullinan. Once the dimensions are seen, add a foot or two for the mansory kit on the car. Then find a trailer that fits. So, I never received the car for my wedding. A real let down from this company and won't do business with them again. I urge people to take caution with wanting a car delivered. I don't have experience with in person pickup so I'm not sure how all that is handled with payment and communication. After all this occurred, I requested a refund via zelle or wire, as they have both of these available to receive on their end. Well come to find out, they couldn't zelle me the money due to "limits", which an $8k limit for a company that transacts on six figure cars is hard to believe, and coincidentally their wire system went down. So, I had to resort in waiting for a check to come a week later. A lot of it just seemed shady. If needing a car delivered, I would highly suggest with taking caution with this company or not going with them at all!!

Luckily, Mike was able to track down the root of the issue and fix it in just a couple of hours. I appreciated that he called me a couple times while having a look at my car to keep me in the loop. Although I dropped my car off at 7am, they were running a bit behind and my car wasn't ready until the morning after. This was no issue, as Tokyo Town provides complimentary loaner cars. I saw some reviews knocking this shop because of their loaner cars. I will admit, the vehicles in their loaner fleet are a bit dated, but might I remind everyone that the loaner cars here are COMPLIMENTARY? This isn't Park Place Lexus, so if you're expecting to be given a brand new Lexus, you'll be a bit disappointed. However, with the money you save having your car serviced here, you could rent a nicer vehicle if that's really a concern. Bill runs a great shop and most importantly, the mechanics here are HONEST. He said he would call another driver and they would be there in 10 minutes. Midnight no new driver but Zacks calls my service provider and said we didn't want them to put it on a flat bed so they left. 12:30 I called my provider they had to initiate a new company to come and pick up my car. New company got my car on the flatbed without needing it neutral and caused no damage. Zacks just left us stranded for 4 hours. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend at all!!!
