We took him at his word after asking several questions to feel reassured. The trip was ruined when we arrived at our destination and was told the charges were $66. The miles were 23, plus one extra passenger and a start rate of $2.25. The mileage rate was $1.80 per mile. When I questioned the driver he said that was the rate. We could not see the meter it was turned away from us. We did not argue and paid the rate. Also added a $10 tip. We felt if he was right and we just had been wrong in our search of taxi rates, then we should tip. When I called the cab company the man said the rate should have been $50. He told me I had to talk with operations about the problem. When I called several times and left messages, there was no return call. I waited 8 hours. Thank goodness for Skylink!…read more If you ever traveled through Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) you would be amazed at the shear size of this airport. This morning when I was catching my flight home, I swear my flight was leaving from Terminal C, but when I checked in at American Airlines at DFW, my actual flight was leaving from Terminal A. What to do??? Skylink my friends....... Just watch for the signs within the airport terminal for the Skylink, take the escalator up to the top of the airport terminal and jump on the orange rail thingy. The Skylink rail car does have a few seats, but it's mostly for riders to stand. Using Skylink rail is a very convenient way to get around this massive airport, especially if you're in a rush to navigate between the airport terminals.

We showed up for our rental booking and they denied us renting our car simply because we have a debit card. Not everybody likes to go into credit card debt in this country. On the literal booking email that they sent it clearly states that you can rent a car with a debit card as long as you have comprehensive insurance when we try to show them this they wouldn't even have a conversation about it even though we do have the insurance that is required to rent using a debit card. I would never recommend this place. They made us buy a return flight and then told us oh if you buy it under 24 hours before the booking it doesn't count then why the hell did they make us buy a return flight? We wasted 300$ on a return flight to be told it still wasn't good enough AFTER we booked a flight we don't need. We have the frontier flight pass we don't need to book our return flights until 24 hours before and they are basically free that's why we bought the pass and also why we didn't have a return flight. never coming here again. I will be using Turo from now on. They let you do a debit card, no hidden fees, and no weird polices that are undisclosed. I would also like to add that the customer service representatives were extremely rude and hostile. Whoever was working on July 1 at 1:56 PM seriously needs to be addressed for their behavior and the way that they talk to paying customers. Update so we tried to go to the other enterprise that wasn't at the airport and they are saying that you need a utility bill to use your debit card for a booking. (Even though i have extensively reviewed their policies and it never said that. ) Why would I have a utility bill in a state that I don't live in? If u was home i woukd be driving my own car not fighting with a rental company. These people are absolutely ridiculous. I recommend everybody use Turo.
