A lot of young people are employed by this firm to be bookkeepers, but it seems the supervision by experienced CPA staff is lacking. This firm was recommended to me; not sure what the basis of the recommendation was. Maybe they received service when the firm was smaller and the owner managed her accounts. I left this firm at the end of 2021, and voiced my displeasure once their mistakes were first identified. Their incompetency continues to be a costly, living nightmare for me!

(Court appointed case). The firm services are border line unethical. The attorney associate representing us during the hearing did not know the case details, status, and evidence. I was surprised the attorney did not use the evidence in the court. He did not want to wait to defend his client who is already incarcerated, and officers need to bring him out to attend the hearing. Instead, he continued the hearing for another 3 weeks rather than trying to get a bond or get his client out of incarceration. When talking to him after the hearing, he was surprised with the evidence and on me: "I am not a social worker". please note I provided the evidence to the attorney trough his office and through text messages. during the 2 years, I was not able to talk to the attorney once. The office will not even give me the courtesy of replying to my communications. Not by text or email or phone.
