As far as the grooming went... they did a great job cleaning him up and making him look extra sharp and spiffy. Make sure you have cash or check though because CC are not accepted. Not the one ANY pet owner wants to hear, ever, but their empathy and kindness was truly genuine. They were quick to tend to my sweet girl, and didn't drag out the painful process. They also offered a cremation service that I am so glad I accepted because it was beautifully done and now my memory of my Samantha will be with me FUREVER!

Over 40 minutes later, not one person had come into our room to get the rundown, ask questions, meet us, etc. We are talking a three room establishment..... nothing crazy or that can make me understand why at the very least a vet tech wouldn't have made their way in. My husband went out to see how much longer it would be and was told another appointment before us was 30 mins late, and it would be another half an hour plus a half an hour after meeting with the vet tech. What in the????? Communication was great on phone calls, but this was a miss. We left and will not be going back. It's one thing to be told that at the beginning of the appointment to set expectations, but wasting people's time in the middle of a work day. No thanks. That still does not take away from no one coming into our room. That is not professional in my opinion.

The front desk receptionist told me something was required by law, however when I pressed her about the lie, she then resorted to telling me it was their policy not a law. Front office staff also tried to convince me to get my dog, who was a puppy at the time, to get his baby teeth cleaned when he had no permanent teeth in. Along with that, I was one time billed for a visit without a dog ever going to the vet. Additionally, my dog has double dew claws due to their breed, and one time he had been biting it so it was irritated, and the vets suggestion was to look at getting the dew claw amputated. I sprayed a topical ointment on it not from the vet and it went away within a week and has never returned. 90% of my issues are with the front office staff which is TERRIBLE. I would recommend this vet to anyone that enjoys getting frustrated with every interaction.

My little mochi has been having Intestinal distress for almost 24 hours w/ diarrhea and vomiting, lethargic and some shivering. Adam was so helpful and I could tell he was passionate about helping others with their animals. He was very genuine and helpful and really gave me the time of day when he wasn't even gaining anything since I wasn't paying for him to talk to me or bringing Mochi in as a patient. I could not be more impressed. He was confident in the knowledge he was giving me which brought me a lot of comfort. Gave me some names of other hospitals incase the situation gets worse. (We have gotten snow yesterday so lots of places aren't open today!)
