It was made incorrectly, and when the issue was brought up, I could hear the owner in the back insisting that it had been made correctly. After two employees checked the receipt AND the sandwich, it was remade. On top of that, there was some uncomfortable tension as the owner was openly arguing with staff members while customers were present. Overall, the food was okay in parts, but the service and atmosphere really took away from the experience. Definitely not a place to dine peacefully. Which is sad because this place has been a staple bbq place in Johnson City forever.
