My coworkers and I did a drink order and swig got my order wrong. They gave me a smaller size instead of the size I paid for. I know it's an honest mistake but it sucked because I couldn't go fix it because I was at work.

As you can see a rep asked me to email them, which I did the next day and I never heard back. So there you go. I have gone back and not had a bad experience, but the kids seem really overwhelmed. Maybe it's just the location. Still love swig.

Review for cookie only! First time coming here today as I had a free cookie to redeem - for a dirt ball cookie specifically. First off, my coupon was for a mint dirt ball cookie, but as I approached the gal to take my order, she informed me that they have been out of mint frosting for weeks now, so I couldn't even redeem the actual mint dirt ball cookie and so I had to settle for a regular chocolate frosted dirt ball cookie. The cookie was handed to me pretty cold, so I assumed that it was refrigerated. Upon the first bite, I can tell the cookie dough was soft which was good. However as soon as my taste buds figured out the outcome of the icing, my initial thought was "oh my gosh that's instant diabetes!" The icing is WAY TOO SWEET it almost gave me a an instant tooth ache! I couldn't eat more than a bite of it, and gave it away to the kiddos.

I have an addiction to sweets and bubbly drinks! This place satisfies all of my needs! The AF location rarely has a long wait. It is my favorite afternoon pick me up. Super friendly staff. Overall 10/10.

Whenever we went to St George, we'd love to go to Swig for their sugar cookies and flavored soft drinks. Now that they have locations further north, Swig is a fun place to go for a sweet treat. I love their little sugar cookies for my kids and usually end up getting a Diet Coke with a shot of raspberry for me. read more

Swig from the outside looks like a nice place, but the inside is far from it! It's basically concrete walls that have had some color added to them. There's no real great or comfortable place to sit inside, they have some seats on the outside but they look like they were taken from a playground and just left there. The floor is sticky basically everywhere you walk and it smells like stale soda and syrup. The employees are basically High Schoolers that stand around talking to each other or are busy staring at their cell phones. My guess is that they don't really have any regard for hygiene because while I was there I saw an employee (a girl) who had gloves on scratch her head repeatedly yet continue to handle customers orders as if she had done nothing wrong. All of this came to my attention before I even got up to the register to order anything. Honestly, the drinks are just mediocre. I could make a better one at home for a lot cheaper. Hopefully they make some changes to this site, but for now I'm steering clear!! read more

I've come here many a time but I won't anymore because the soda and service aren't the best. The soda carbonation and soda syrup never taste right. The people who work there aren't always the friendliest. I came last week to get a nirvana and they were out of the monsters. I came again today and they were still out. They told me AFTER I paid that they didn't have any. I said a blue one would be fine. After they gave me my drink I asked why it was 24 oz and not a 32 oz slush like the red rockstar one... They said this one was not a slushy.. Confused because they are on the same sign and that's what I wanted/thought I was getting. The girl told me the rockstar one is more expensive... Not sure what that has to do with anything, I'll pay $.30 more not a big deal. Instead of trying to make me happy after all the miscommunications they made me feel dumb and argued with me about the drink for a couple minutes so I said it was fine and drove away. They also changed the cookie recipe a couple months ago and it's not as good. Go to sodaliscious. Better service, better drinks, better cookies. Not wasting my money here anymore. read more

Slowest service I've ever had I have never spent less than 15 min in line to get a stupid drink, you think making a drink wouldn't take more than a minute per person but even with 3 cars in front of me I've still been sitting in line so far 12 minutes, this is probably the last time I'll come to this establishment, sodalicious is way faster I think I'll take my business there read more

This place is gross. I've heard the other stores are better, but the one in Orem needs some serious quality control or to have the local health inspector stop by. The workers are rude, unhygenic, and unprofessional. When I asked them for a receipt, they didn't even know how to print one. The cookies were inedible and literally raw (not soft, RAW), and it seems like they have difficulty with flavoring the drinks. The employees were yelling and singing loudly to the music. Maybe more training is in order? read more

The first time I went into the Orem Swig, it had just barely opened. There were a lot of employees and the music was incredibly loud. I could hardly order over the loud music. The employees seemed more interested in giggling with each other behind the counter than serving customers. I cut them some slack with it being a new store, and all. I just recently went back to Swig a few days ago, and my experience was almost the same. The music was WAY too loud to order over. I was the only customer inside the store (a few in drive through), so there was no rush, but the employee who took my order walked over to look at something on another employee's phone, giggled with her first, and then went and filled my order. That is NOT professional in my opinion. I don't care how slow it is, a customer always comes first, especially before some cute cat You Tube video, or whatever they were looking at. Turn the music down and somehow get employees to actually work before socializing. Otherwise, I guess the cookies are good. read more

The staff are very friendly as well. I'll definitely be back next time I am in Orem!

Swig is such a fun place! Who would've thought drinks and cookies would be all the hype? I come here almost every day on my way home from work. The employees are really nice and they're always willing to make suggestions for different drink combinations to try. My favorite is the Big Al. And of course, you can never leave Swig without those delicious pink sugar cookies! The drive thru line moves fairly quickly and my order has been accurate all but one time. When I've gone inside I've always been impressed on how well the employees work to get the orders out in a timely manner. Even when it seems chaotic and the lines both inside and out are quite long, I've always had a good experience. SWIG FAN FOR LIFE! You can bet I'll be coming back for more! read more

employees are very friendly & great customer service. drinks are amazing! and the cookies are taken out of the freezer before they are served so they are no longer frozen when handed to customers (like written in previous review.) I have never seen an employee frosting cookies without gloves, and cell phones are not a problem at all. the high school employees give the place such a fun vibe it is awesome to be around. seems to be getting busier each day. absolutely love swig!! read more

Happy is an understatement to how I feel having this Swig less than a mile from my house! The staff is so nice and friendly all hours of the day (trust me we've been the first at 7:30 am and the last just before 9:30). They make my favorite drink Dew Gooder just perfect! And they are so fast at getting through the drive thru. read more
