a pool being built in a backyard

I talked to three different pool builders before I spoke with Swimmin Holes. Once I heard the way Swimmin Holes does business it was a no brainer, Swimmin Holes give you all the bells and whistles practically at cost and we wanted all of them plus more. Our pool is over 1500 square feet and the way Mr. Boylen does business(Time & Material) saved us lots of money. Our pool is totally controlled via my phone or my wife's phone. Our pool was built like a commercial pool it has bigger pipes filters and pumps, six pumps to do everything I wanted, we even have a 16 foot water fall coming out of the pavilion roof that lands in the pool. The best thing about the pool is the sanitizing system makes sure the water is safe to be in and it adjusts the PH as well, my pool will never turn green. and it add water to itself and lets water out when it rains. when we move from this home if Swimmin Holes is still building pool we will have them build our next pool.

Dude is a crook. Gave us a quote, took a deposit and disappeared. Would not respond to phone calls or texts. Avoid like the plague.

There is a convenient large parking lot out front. My issue with this pool is that it is often extremely overcrowded and swarming with unsupervised kids which makes even the shallow kiddie pool dangerous for my son. It's best to come here later on the day when the camp kids are done for the day.

I've been coming here all summer for it's one saving grace: four 25-yard lap lanes, which rarely get too crowded. But I've found myself coming here less and less because I end up getting annoyed by the staff of teenagers who clown around so much you wonder if they're even getting paid to be here. I've literally watched them throw each other into the lap lanes where people are swimming and kick around a ball that repeatedly ends up in said lap lanes. I don't expect teenage lifeguards to be uber-professional, but I do expect them to act like they're at a job. It's not like $3/visit is much, but the fact that people pay to use this pool warrants some degree of order for crying out loud. I won't say much about the people who patronize this pool, but you can imagine how out of control this place can get if the staff is full of clowns. The pool itself isn't bad, although I'm not sure it's vacuumed more than a couple of times a week based on the crap I've seen collecting in the bottom. Today I actually saw a cockroach chilling on one of the lane dividers, if that gives you an idea of how seriously cleanliness is taken here. This pool has so much potential to be an oasis in the summer, and if it weren't so convenient I wouldn't come here at all. It's worth a few minutes in the car to head up to the DC pool at East Potomac, which is a Roman bath house compared to this place.
