The teachers take time to teach them reading and writing and all the basic learning skills to prepare them for Kindergarten. My husband and I love their curriculum and daily activities. The facility is huge and very clean. We never have issues dropping the kids off in the morning because they loved going everyday. The teachers and aides are very caring and attentive. We were sorry we had to move out of the area otherwise our children would still be going to Future Leader Learning Center.

My kid's been doing gymnastics since she was 4. Had her here for almost two years (between summer programs and actual enrollments) and I've got to be honest, her growth was stunted. She could be and she be much further along than she is. Recently, at seven, she's had the wherewithal to say, "my new class is so much harder... they actually teach us the right ways and make us do it." Says a lot. I also want to add that this gym offers Friday night fun clubs for about $40. My kid used to love them. However, recently, Fletcher decided to put my child in timeout and tell her that if she didn't do something, she wouldn't get any pizza. Now, it's 2024 and what we're NOT doing is isolating children and threatening not to meet their basic needs (food), especially without calling their parents. When I asked my daughter later about the entire situation, it was clear that Fletcher (who regularly talks too quickly and gets tongue tied) had confused my child. She was genuinely CONFUSED by what he was asking her to do. I think this made clear to me how ill-equipped folks here are to deal with children. Her confusion was SO developmental and could've been addressed/avoided with clearer instructions. But instead, you chose to punish her in an isolating and embarrassing way at what was supposed to be a fun Friday party? Without calling me? Nah, cuz. We will NOT BE BACK. Also, watching your child from a screen vs. in the gym is wack AF.

The children spent a lot of time watching TV. The 5 weeks that my daughter was there they went outside 1 time. Also, Coach Fletcher would regularly bring his big intimidating dog to the gym. This is highly unprofessional as children have allergies and fears of big dogs. I witnessed a little boy crying frantically when he saw the dog and the coach laughed and told him he's a friendly dog. That was the last straw for me.

When my granddaughter began attending there at the age of four, she had some educational delays. She was enrolled in September 2019 and the table has turned tremendously. She started learning everything a four-year old should know and more. At Chris, each age group has their own teacher(s) and play area. This is something I really love and appreciate. They also teach the children sign language and Spanish at no extra cost. The children learn something new each day, and they have homework and progress reports during the year. We could not ask for anything more. The owner is very loving yet very stern. I appreciate that as well. Her staff is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing exceptional childcare, even infants. For a working parent and Grandparent, it is a good feeling to have a piece of mind and is put at ease knowing that your child is well taken care of. To help with this, you must sign your child in and out electronically, not on a paper. This gives parent's added security and a sense of added safety, also the doors stay looked. I used to think they were a little pricey however; you get what you pay for. Chris Learning Center is more than a 'Day Care'; it is a place where children are given the opportunity to learn and grow to their fullest potential. I was in tears on the…read morefirst day of dropping her off and the staff assured me that it would be ok and made sure that I was 100% comfortable before leaving. Throughout the day they sent me pictures and videos of her and they still make it their business to do so today. The pictures&videos shows you what your child is doing and learning throughout the day along with updates of what and when they are eating, when they use the bathroom, and more! I have been nothing less than satisfied with this Childcare Center and all that they have provided for my child and I, and not to mention....the staff plus their communication is all a parent could ask for. You can tell that what it is that's being built....is from the heart Below are pictures of my 19month putting her puzzle shapes in the correct space, as she does this...she is also saying her colors. We originally wanted to go to cub run today, but it was closed for swim lessons. Enter: plan b!…read more My 4 year old loved their little leisure pool, which was not crowded at all! The whole facility is very clean and nice, and it's affiliated with GMU. People from Mason were practicing things like color guard in some of the spaces. The rec center also looks like the run a daycare for parents who work out, so you might want to check it out if you live in PWC. The cost was $10 for adults and $7 for kids. It's the same for those inside and outside of the county. The pool area features: -a big lap pool -a "beach" going in to the leisure pool -splash buckets that topple over! -a "lazy channel"--a very miniature lazy river. It goes pretty slow. Too lazy for us! -a hot tub -a whirlpool section with jets that push you around in a circle! This was my daughter's favorite part! -a very fun looking slide with twists and turns. Must be 48 inches to ride, but it wasn't on today anyway. Not a bad plan B on a cold January day :)
