Fay, Tim, and Colin brought great energy and helped the kids stay engaged and excited. We chose the 2-4 ft pool and it worked perfectly for our group. Our guests ranged from 2 years old to 11 and every child found something fun to do. The team led age appropriate games and the kids loved every minute. We booked a 2.5 hour party and the timing felt just right. Music played throughout the event and the party room sat right next to the pool, which kept the whole celebration lively and convenient. The staff even helped us load and unload our supplies, which made the day feel even easier. The instructors themselves are wonderful, caring, and truly the reason many families stay. Unfortunately, the management and policies have become increasingly inflexible, impersonal, and, at times, frankly unethical. Of course every business needs to be profitable, but there has to be a balance between running a business and treating loyal families with respect and appreciation. If your kids are stubborn or try to circumvent the instructions, Peter won't let them get away with it to save you the headache of correcting bad habits in the future. By the end of the program, your kids will forget about the hard part, and you will have videos of the swimming sessions as proof that you are not exaggerating when you tell people that your kids started swimming on the first day. The total program lasts four days, but you can finish it in three days if your kids are fast learners. You can tell Peter is passionate about his work and knows more about human psychology than your average swimming instructor. Jessica is a wonderful instructor and just has her way of teaching a baby infant survival skills. The pool has never been crowded, there's a lot of space and you get undivided attention. This was a big factor in opting for them over Aqua-Tots (my child was too distracted as there were so many children and so much going on). Having the restrooms and shower facilities is convenient. They also set up a changing table and small tents as an option. The entire staff is wonderful and professional- Margie, Aleena, Sophia and the instructors Jessica and Sasha.
