I visited John at Golftec at this location and within 7 months he has improved my swing 5,000 percent. They are very accommodating and patient. John is especially great at anticipating what should be worked on and mixes things up to keep it interesting. So imagine my delight when I found out there was one down the street from my job. I was looking for weights, dumbells to be specific. I didn't want to pay full price. I remembered that PIAS had dumbbells back in the day. I called and a nice gentleman, Mike, told me they were open and they had weights. I came in around 6:30pm. They were assisting another customer so I waited patiently with my mask on. More about that later. I inquired why one set of dumbbells were more than others(not weight related). Mike said the insulated black weights are commercial grade and the iron ones are not. The iron weights are at or around $1.45 a pound and the commercials grade is $2.00 a pound. Great information and it allowed me to make an informed decision. I bought a pair of 15# & 25#. There on signs on the weights that clearly show the prices. After Mike rang up the sale, as a courtesy he carted the product to my SUV and put them in the way back. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they weren't wearing masks and didn't require masks. They did have a sign outside saying they clean thoroughly and recommended we practice safe distancing. Other than that they have great selections for baseball, cleats. Golf and workout equipment. I will be back. You can sell your unused sports equipment to them. Just call ahead first before you lug it out of storage.

Most courses charge 60-80$ a day for beat up clubs, they had a flat rate 50$+10 ( insurance), deliver to the hotel in the morning, and pick up the next day. I had emailed them ahead of time to figure out the system, got a quick response and everything was super convenient, efficient, and a nice set of Callaway's. I can't recommend this company enough!!! It's kinda like a small trailer so it felt packed. There's a ton of used stuff there. A lot of golf clubs. They organize things into men and women's. They even have used shoes and bags. Prices seemed reasonable. But I came here for golf balls. They have prepackaged plastic cases of balls, example VICE 12 pk for $16. Or you can grab a plastic bag and put balls into it. Keep the bags separate per type of ball though. When you are ready, they weigh the bags of balls to determine how many you have and they charge accordingly. You don't have to get 3 or 12. You can get one, or even 100. They have a lot of brands and styles. I found their prices to be good. For example- titleist prov1 was $27 a dozen. I can get a dozen new ones at the country club for $52 or pga superstore for $54. So I'd say 27 is a good deal. Yeah, they're used. But they look brand new. Many of them are Plain but some have some sort of personalization on them like charity names or resort names. Also, they have used club covers. So if you lost your putter cover, you might find one to replace it here. I will return for more balls. Also I liked their USA LGA tour bag. It was only $99, albeit used, was in good condition. I wonder if they will buy my used equipment to resell?

Fleet Feet offers a full scan of your foot and can track where you apply pressure when you walk. The scan/testing is very quick which offers some additional insights such as arch height, heel/ankle width, and more. The employee takes that information and grabs shoes to match. I will say it's a bit hard on the first visit to know what all I should be looking for once putting the shoe on because you get the technical speech, but some shoes just feel like shoes. I haven't reached pro status, but to accommodate this Fleet Feet does have a solid return policy in case you change your mind after walking out. I also walked out with some insoles to help with the arch and so far so good. It can be a bit pricey, but the shoes themselves match online prices and online you won't get the scan. I've recommended Fleet Feet to a few people and will continue to do so- it's cool to get insights!
