I got sick of not being able to improve by my mid 40's and started to look for lessons that would help me improve or quit the game as I spent thousands of dollars each year on golf. Within 5-6 lessons with Adam he fixed 3-4 of the big problems in my golf swing and got me as close to a pro golf swing as I have ever experienced. I wish I had taken lessons from Adam 20 years ago. This was the best value per dollar for golf lessons I have ever seen or experienced. If you want to improve you golf game quickly, the quicker you can engage with Adam the better off you will be.

The.golf course is a joke, I've seen better maintained cow pastures. The condition of this course is only half the problem, the prices are much more expensive then any course in this area... I suggest playing Sweetwater,Zellwood or Forest lake before even considering this dump! Last time I played out there I saw signs for the Lee Westwood academy at Errol Estates, what a joke that is! I can't for the life of me understand why Lee would attach his name to such a HORRIBLE GOLF COURSE. What was once a truly great golf course, and well maintained clubhouse, has sadly seen better days…read more Several years ago, a group of friends and I would get together and play this well maintained, hilly course in Apopka, as they offered some great deals during afternoon times over the summer. The course at that time seemed to always be in great shape. Recently, or over the past few years, it seems they have not invested very much into the clubhouse area, and are content to really just let time pass it by. The course itself is still overall in average shape, but the clubhouse, and your first impression here, leaves much to be desired. Apopka has some nice areas to it, and this could be restored to really add a nice touch to the area. I truly hope they at some point they try to refurbish the clubhouse and restaurant.

Equally important, Dave, with 40 years of golf, shares his knowledge of the inner game of golf. The mental part of the game. Equally important when you get on the golf course. He gave me a type of peace of mind with my golf game. I now approach playing golf knowing what to do, how to make a shot based on the principles I have learned. He's a thoughtful instructor, informative, and always entertaining in showing you the right way to do things. One of things that really impressed me, is that after work one night, I stopped by to drive some balls. He saw me hacking away on the range and came over to correct me and make sure I fixed the things he had previously taught me. He wasn't 'on the clock' , and didn't have to come over and spend some time to help me, but he did. I would really recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their golf game.

They do a great job keeping it in shape, even when the area suffers through dry conditions. The layout starts off with a very easy par 4, but from there the challenge begins. The 2nd hole is an elevated tee-box par 5 where water comes into play. In fact, water DOESNT come into play on only about 6 holes. The signature hole here is clearly the par 3 number 12, which is an island green. You can really psyche yourself out when looking at an island, and I've left a few short here as well as a few where I flew the green. SPLASH!!!

I've now played here four weekends in a row. The staff is terrific, the layout rivals most high-end courses in Central Florida, and the conditions are consistently strong. They recently opened the signature par 3, and let me tell you--it'll test even a scratch golfer. Definitely recommend giving this place a try, no matter the commute.
