The store refused to handle the exchange unless they actually sold it. I shared the communication from Titleist with them to no avail; I get that. What riled me though was they actually said they were not an authorized Titleist dealer. Fact check, they are. I've purchased a number of clubs as well as number of golf accessories from GG before. That ends today. I understand store policies, but I don't like being lied to; if you need to lie you can't be trusted with anything else.

They run out of water end of July so the course falls into disrepair. The service at a county course is better. The staff don't know your name, they don't go out of their way to help you and it is almost impossible to fulfill you food minimums. The owner is in construction and clearly doesn't care about the club...he should sell the club to the members or someone who knows how to run a country club. This is not worth the money as a member or a guest.

We spoke with her for a bit and since we weren't really ready to buy a stick on site she invited us to come to her shop (A Chic With Stix) for a fitting and to try out the vast assortment of sticks she had so my daughter could find the right fit. My wife and daughter, and one of my daughter's teammates and her Mom, took the trip down to Fair Haven to check the place out. Kendra took a tremendous amount of time working with my daughter and her teammate to ensure that they got the right stick, a stick which felt right in their hands, a stick that was appropriate for their strength and swing and in all of the time she spent with them she didn't try to upsell them on more expensive sticks. My daughter ended up with a field hockey stick that she absolutely loves. We had such a great experience working with Kendra that we recently (two weeks ago) went back to buy my daugher a new indoor field hockey stick for the upcoming season and she once again took her time to help her find the perfect fit. As you can tell, I can't heap enough praise on A Chic With Stix as my daughter would never had gotten the kind of personal service she got here from a big chain store and we would have had to guess as to what stick to get her.
