I do love this company and the services and dog loving care they provide, but the pricing is wild now. Its gone up over 10% for us in the last year, while other companies are offering services for considerably less. Ya'll need to audit what is driving up the costs, because something is off. read more

I came home to my 87 year old mother crying due to a lawn that had only 2 lines mowed in it and the rest of the lawn in back unmowed. The front lawn was burned due to the mower being set too low and there were piles of cut grass all over the lawn. The supervisor advised her guy to walk off of the job and leave my mom's lawn partially mowed. It was unacceptable, that Scoop Troop would sever their relationship with my mom in the middle of a job. For the money that they charge, their customer service should be good. We have complained about them previously. Their supervisor NEVER came out to inspect the job that was done or our complaints. With Scoop Troop, the customer is not right. The woman in charge, if she is in charge is rude and unapologetic. I hear from others that their dog waste removal is very good, reliable and dependable. But shame on you Scoop Troop for signing on the lawncare people that you have. This review is in Spokane Washington, they may be good elsewhere. I will leave a review on every possible review site that there is. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau. Don't Hire Scoop Troop Lawncare service. read more

Our yard was "skipped" more times than it was cleaned on schedule, and I wouldn't get notice until end of business day. I counted on this service to clean my yard, so that it could be mowed the next day because I am disabled and often cannot clean it myself without being in pain. I ended up having to clean it up in a huge rush before work the next morning or in the heat of the afternoon after I was notified they wouldn't be servicing my yard on my scheduled day because they could only tell me they would try to be there the next day but could not give me any time frame. They also refused to prioritize skipped properties the next day and often times it seemed we would be tacked on to the end of the next day getting service in the late afternoon or early evening. They were unreliable and frustrating to work with. They were also very loud when cleaning my yard. I didn't know cleaning up after dogs was such a loud task, but my dogs would bark inside when they were there because of the noise. I know it's not a silent task, but it shouldn't be aggressive sounding either. I found a service that is a small business, same price, reliable, and who does not ever disrupt my home when they are there. read more
