Great F'n Brewery. !!! People and guest are beyond welcoming, Service is amazing , and the Beer Is awesome. The Ambience is personable. Like walking into your favorite family member's home. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So, Please do not pay attention to @Michelle M. review. !!! Because Michelle M. claims: "Overpriced" = $7 - $8 is actually the national average for an 8% ABV DIPA (Sworn is in compliant) "Small Pours" = 10-12oz is the standard pour for 7% - 8.5% ABV beers. (Sworn is in compliant) "Mediocre beer in predictable, overwrought styles" = Not sure what (he/she/they) ordered. But, I'll guess (he/she/they) is a Bush Light kind of person. (nothing wrong with that). Due to (his/her/their) preferred type of beer, it makes it totally understandable, as to why (his/her/their) simple palate was unable to enjoy it. Since it may have been to complex for (he/she/they). (Kind of like, it's too "spicy" for (him/her/they). if (he/she/they) put black pepper on their food when they're eating at a restaurant.) Lastly.... "Zero Ambience" = this is just getting too easy. ‍ Michelle M. rated, (now out of business) HIghway Manor Brewing 4/5 stars. and said: "Great bartender, design, guest taps and super fun bathrooms. Warm and sexy analog sound wasted on the usual overplayed 70s rock heard everywhere around these parts."

Just a small and cozy place, but some seriously good beer comes out of here. These guys are mainly known for their smooth, hoppy, and hazy IPAs that are on par with some of the best in the country. But they also keep a rotation of other styles both conventional and unconventional. There are often a few small bites available on site, and there are food trucks from time to time as well. Hours are fairly short, and they sometimes change, so check their web site or social media to optimize your visit.

Nice new brewery that opened up at the end of 2023. They had a decent spread on their menu; not just IPAs but also a strawberry banana Sour that was interesting. They have food but we didn't try any on this visit. Inside is small and there are a few tables, and a TV playing football. Also looks like a table outside as well. Chill and friendly staff moved things along and we didn't have any issues with the service. Looking forward to returning!

Did not eat but had a few beers that were all really good. Lots of hazy IPAs if that's your thing. Plus while we were there they had a great guy playing music and the doors open bringing the cool breeze in. Bartender was kind and attentive and atmosphere was super. Will definitely be back!

Fenced in outdoor space, corn hole, food, drinks, live music, and recommended by a friend. And technically it had all of those things! And yet somehow, those things were generally only okay. First, music was inside and it was incredibly loud. So we go outside which was just.... A mess. Like, we got mustard on our clothes from an unclean table; food and napkin scraps all stuck in the grass everywhere you looked. Then, the service outside is through a window, which in itself is no problem. The issue is that it was single server on a Friday night and the line took a really long time. The food and drinks we did get, we enjoyed. Based on the other factors, I am unsure that I would make it a point to stop here when back in the area.

Revolutionary Hot Sauce Brew Pub - A Solo Valentine's Win…read more I took myself out on a Valentine's Day date this year and decided to try Revolutionary Hot Sauce Brew Pub after seeing it on social media. I'd heard good things about their hot sauces (and that they'd been featured on Hot Ones), so I figured it was time to see what the hype was about. I went in without a specific plan--just knew everything I saw online looked incredible. I ended up asking the guy behind the counter (who I later realized was the owner) whether I should go with the habanero chili dog or the hot habanero pork burger. I've never had a pork burger before, so I was a little hesitant--but I deferred to his recommendation. Absolutely the right call. The pork burger with the habanero sauce was so good. Perfect balance of heat and flavor--not just spicy for the sake of being spicy. And the fresh-cut fries? Exactly what you want them to be: hot, crisp, and clearly made with care. The space itself is a low-key micro pub--casual, relaxed, exactly what you'd expect--but that doesn't make it any less special. The place oozes passionate startup energy. There's a whole shelf of custom hot sauces with creative names, a thoughtfully designed menu, and you can just feel that this is someone's vision brought to life. The owner was out talking to customers, genuinely enthusiastic about what he's building. That kind of energy elevates a place from "good food" to "great experience." Highly recommend. You can tell this is a labor of love--and it shows in every detail

I had a delightfully interesting and very satisfying dinner at Revolutionary Eatery & Brewpub, and…read morehonestly, this place earned its stars through vibes, flexibility, and kindness. I stopped in on a chilly, windy January Friday around 5:30pm and immediately felt at home. There were maybe five people total inside--three at the bar and one couple in the dining room. It was quiet, no too-bright lights, and warm. Cozy. Calm. Very much my vibe. I was handed a menu, told I could sit anywhere, and instructed to head to the order station when I was ready. As I perused the menu, I found myself in a familiar internal conflict: I really wanted the Smoked Beef Tri Tip & Burrata sandwich, but I also really wanted a smash burger instead of sliced beef. So naturally, I decided to test the limits of the universe. I gathered my courage, went to the order station, and told the man taking my order that I appreciated him entertaining what I was about to say because I was trying to break reality just a little. Then I asked: "Can I get the Smoked Beef Tri Tip & Burrata...without the tri tip...and with a smash burger instead?" Without missing a beat, he replied, "Well, I have to tell you--we're actually out of the tri tip, so...sure! We're going to confuse the guy in the kitchen, but let's do it." A million out of ten stars! Total for this beautiful nonsense: $16. I upgraded my fries to black truffle fries for $2 (as one does) and added a Diet Coke for $2.75. With tip, my total came to $25--very reasonable for the experience I was about to have. I returned to my seat and soaked in the atmosphere. A few minutes later, Order Station Man reappeared to let me know they were out of the bacon jam sauce that was supposed to go on my sandwich--but offered to whip up something similar if that was okay. YES. Always yes. Thank you for offering a solution instead of a shrug. This is a huge win in my book! While I waited, more folks filtered in and joined the couple seated near me. They clearly knew each other, and after a bit of chatting, someone called the group to order and they all introduced themselves. That's when I realized I had unknowingly scored dinner-and-a-show: a Dungeons & Dragons meetup. I ate my burger while listening to character introductions. Zero complaints. And the food? Exactly what I hoped for. The smash burger was a perfect, smaller patty--ideal size for me--loaded with creamy burrata on a fluffy roll. I quickly finished the entire thing, which is the highest compliment I can give. Midway through my meal, Order Station Man appeared again--this time holding a bowl of black truffle fries--and apologized for initially sending regular fries. I hadn't even noticed (I was focused on the smashburger spectacular!) or said a word, but he fixed it anyway. And I'm so glad he did because these truffle fries were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Crispy, flavorful, and officially added to my "I need fries from this place" list. Despite a few wrinkles (which were all handled beautifully), this was a genuinely great experience. Friendly staff, flexible kitchen, cozy atmosphere, and food that delivered. Highly recommend. Parking could be tricky at peak times, but I parked across the street in the old bank lot without issue. Revolutionary Eatery & Brewpub understands hospitality--and apparently also understands my very specific sandwich dreams.

I visited Cold Springs Inn for the first time on a cold, rainy Saturday night for a solo date…read morenight--and let me tell you, this place was absolutely worth braving the weather for! Tucked away along Yellow Breeches Creek, it has that perfect "hidden gem" feel. There's a large gravel parking lot right across the street, so parking was easy, and I was seated quickly near the bar when I arrived around 5:15pm. Inside, it leans more bar than restaurant--and I mean that in the best way. Dim lighting, cozy vibes, and a laid-back atmosphere made it feel instantly comfortable. There's limited indoor seating--maybe around six tables and space for about 30 people total, plus bar seating--so I can see how it fills up fast. And honestly, this place is made for nice weather. The outdoor area along the creek looked beautiful, with tons of seating that I can already tell would be amazing on a warm day. Unfortunately, 49° and rain kept me inside this time, but I'll absolutely be back to experience the deck! Cold Springs Inn brews their own beer, with a solid lineup of house brews on tap, along with a pretty extensive food menu. I'm not much of a craft beer person, so I kept it simple--because I already knew exactly what I came for: The Big Papi. A grilled, foot-long all-beef hot dog topped with house chili, onions, and melted Cooper Sharp cheese on a toasted hoagie roll ($17), paired with a Diet Coke ($3)...balance. A short while later, my food arrived--on an actual baking sheet--and I knew immediately this was going to be something special. I've eaten a lot of chili dogs, and I have never seen one like this. It was a masterpiece: lightly toasted hoagie roll, a massive hot dog, an insane amount of flavorful chili, and perfectly melted Cooper Sharp cheese placed under the dog so it stayed in every bite. That detail alone? Genius. It was messy, over-the-top, and absolutely delicious--easily one of the best chili dogs I've ever had! I also stuck with the house-made chips, and I'm so glad I did. Thick-cut, super crispy, and heavily seasoned (which I love), they were some of the best chips I've had in a long time. I wanted to finish the whole meal, but I knew better--I cut the Big Papi in half before starting and ended up taking a solid portion home. The chips, however, didn't stand a chance. I love a no-rules date night! Service was great--friendly, attentive, and quick without hovering. By the time I was finishing up, the place had completely filled in, and there was even a group waiting at the door, which says a lot for such a small indoor space. One thing to note: while I was there, I saw on social media that they planned to close early due to the weather, so if you're heading there on a rainy or questionable day, it's probably smart to check ahead. All in all, Cold Springs Inn is a total hidden gem! Great atmosphere, great food, fair prices--and that Big Papi alone is reason enough to come back. And I will absolutely be back...preferably on a sunny day, sitting by the creek, with another chili dog in front of me.

Counter person was helpful. Placed order and went to bar to order drinks. Was hoping for a quality root beer, but no luck. Settled on a Coke. Found a seat in a side room by myself under a vent. (Safer for Covid, I hoped.) place has an eclectic goth decor. My room had a Nintendo set up to play, dried flowers hanging on the wall, and taxidermy trophies of various sorts. Odd. Food was ready quickly. I had the El Pastor Fries, with a request to hold the onions and cilantro. They did without complaint. REALLY TASTY dish. Fries were average, but the toppings made them a satisfying meal. I ordered the soup of the day, Corn Chowder. It had a suspicious amount of yellow to it, so I asked. Sure enough, it had turmeric in it. Good on them for checking when I asked, for knowing, and for offering a replacement. (Badly allergic to turmeric .) I got a side of mac cheese instead. They offered to add a meat to it due to price difference (nice) but I declined. It was tasty. But they were right, it hold have been better with a protein. For dessert I ordered the fudge brownie with smoked cherries. It was, as counter person told me, amazingly tasty. A little undercooked, but exceptionally fudgy without being too fudge-like. Great taste. Huge portion. The brownie could have been smaller or it needed more whip cream. Worth the price. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the lack of masks. We are on the downswing of the omicron wave, but the numbers here are still extremely high. Folks in public places should really wear masks properly to help make things safer for all of us.

We had to buy their beer to go only. It was a bit of a letdown considering we were looking forward to local brews. Overall, the venue itself was nice, but the brewery experience didn't quite live up to the hype. Would still recommend for events, but be aware if you're coming for the beer/band experience!
